The only person who is worth anything at this location is Bobby. He is so awesome and helpful. On the other hand the store manager is horrible. She always has a nasty demeanor towards me everytime I go in but today took the cake. I watched a JSO officer trying to buy something that was marked one price but rang up another and even after she walked and showed the manager she still wouldn't honor the price and that officer left everything she was going to buy and walked out. That is a first responder and even if it wasn't the price should be honored but to treat even our officers that way is horrible customer service and family dollar I'm sure doesn't stand for that. I think it's time I call corporate because I'm tired of feeling uncomfortable while I'm in there spending my hard earned money

They have been remodeling for months and the whole store is still a mess. I had to move a rack of clothes to look for chips. A law suit will cost them way more than closing the store for 3 to 5 days to complete the remodel or a major cleaning and organization. The employees were not working on cleaning up, the prices on the shelves were wrong however the manager did go ahead and honor it. Its the only FD in the immediate area so people eill shop there regardless. I raised to 3 stars only because they actually had most of what I wanted.

I was shocked that the cashier let 2 eleven year old girls use a credit card to make their purchase. Then when it is my turn to cash out, the cashier stared at me for about 10 seconds without saying anything or ringing up my order. But before she could ring me up she had to find some lotion to put all over her arms, but she used too much so then of course she had to go look for a paper towel to get rid of the excess lotion. Then she finally rings up my order.. the whole time this was going on she looked like she was on some serious drugs.

Seems like they hire anyone to work here. I'm sorry but I don't want my 3 year old hearing about how the cashiers 'baby daddy's mom has her legs splayed out' while I'm shopping. Seriously where do you get these types of people?? Nothing but trash. Felt like I was walking into a corner store on 16th and Phoenix. Cashier was ghetto and extremely rude, she undermined me as a parent and was trying to rush us out of the store. Never again will I shop here, next time I'll just go across the street to dollar general.

Not many things surprise me these days but this night at family dollar I was pretty shocked. I witnessed the assistant manager( found out later his name was Zack) showing excellent manager skills. Long line he left what he was going to help his fellow employee and was kind and curtious to everyone. It's been a long time since I seen a employee show this kind of excellent customer service.keep up the good work!!!

Always closes at least 15min before closing time. I'm here at 8:43 pm abd doors are locked. They are supposed to close at 9. One time, I was there at 8:30pm, and they were yelling at the customers about how they were about to close. I'm just going to go to the general dollar down the road because they always close on time, and they are not rude.

While my experience at most family dollar stores have.. left MUCH to be desired. But my last visit to this location was actually enjoyable. The staff were friendly, the prices were reasonable. My only complaint was the the stock for the item I came in for (2 Liter Sodas) were almost totally gone. Other than that, I have no complaints!

So I just want to know why the employees are rude and act like they don't want to work, and second why do they lock the doors at 9 but online says they close at 10. Maybe the company should think about getting new managers and employees to work the hours that are required to keep store open until its actual closing time which is 10pm.

i’ve been coming here for years , literally since it’s opened . never had a problem with any cashier , manger but there is a recent employee ( Ray ) the two times i’ve encountered with him he has been so rude , not only me but the people i was with and other customers . very disappointed and very unhappy with this service /:

Do not believe the hours of operations. This store locks its doors apparently when the cashier feels like “taking the cash drawer out the register.” Then the two employees just stand behind the register and talk while your attempting to open both doors........ yeahhh real professional guys‍♀️ …

I won’t shop here again. An 80 something year old lady NEEDED to use the restroom. The cashier told her no in a rude tone of voice. I said to her she is elderly and you should allow her to. She said she don’t care about these people. I’m sorry but elderly people can’t hold there bladder like we do.

It never fails, every time you go there after dark they have the doors locked and the 2 employees are just standing by the registers talking. Telling you they're closed, even though the store hours are say it doesn't close for another hour or 2. Same tonight

Visited today December 23rd and saw a handwritten sign on the door that this Family Dollar would be open on Christmas Day. I understand the argument could be made that not everyone celebrates Christmas but if that were the reason the sign

The (African American) manager was very rude towards my (Caucasian) son. She was so worried about my son eating two dollar cookies, she completely looked over the fact that the other woman in the store was shoving items into her purse.

Much cleaner and very well organized.. A lot more pleasant shopping than the Dollar general across the street. I think from now on we are definitely switching to family dollar. The prices are way better also …

When I go in there the people are really nice they try to help you no matter what you're looking for and they pretty much know most of the time what's in their store so you don't waste time if they don't have it

Workers weren't all that friendly?!? I'll chalk it up to them having a bad a day and it was late when I visited. Also, there were no "specials" or good deals as advertised. Dollar General is WAY better!!

Now refuses to take legitimate internet coupons because the district manager says not to. Read your own corporate policy guys, you clearly do. Not coming back here unless this gets fixed.

We just went in download ed the app to get 5.00 off 15.00. When we entered our number nothing came up. The girl at family dollar wasnt helpful. She had an hateful attitude. I walked out.

Best price on paper plates. Lots of clothes to look at. Best greeting card selection. Found the perfect birthday card for my sister. Helpful associates. Very clean and organized.

easy parking, clean and easy to shop... in the past few Months, they have been out of stock on the yellow plastic shopping bags, My items where packed in a (new) garbage bag....

Some of the employees are nice on Sundays but the other employees on Wednesdays are rude and will not let you in at 9 when the store is supposed to close at 10.

Good for deals. BAD WORKERS took 10 kind to find someone to check me out. All talking and not paying attention wow. But have to budget so closes one to me.

Good deals on gift bags, seasonal choices, and home goods. Usually well stocked overall. This store smells much better than other nearby dollar stores.

Everyone is very accommodating!! They will go out of their way to help you and if you can't find what you are looking for they will order it for you.

This Family Dollar is the best,cleanest store and friendliest employees that I've ever encountered in any Family Dollar..... Happy Shopping Everyone

Went to the one on New Berlin and it was so dark turning in I almost hit the side of the road. Not enough lighting to see.

Well it seems to have become a little more organized, but their in need of more attention by their employees.

The employees are hiding disinfectant spray and wipes in the back and not putting them out on the shelves.

Not horrible. Had to grab some last minute stuff we forgot for Christmas Eve dinner. MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!
