I had a last minute event to go to and needed some new shoes, Victoria at the Narellan store was amazing!!!! She was so patient with me, I never felt rushed by her at all as we went through many different shoe options I was quite indecisive but she helped piece together my look by showing all the options she felt would go with my dress. I ended up purchasing the ones she highly recommended. Her honesty was was greatly appreciated. The store was very clean an tidy also unlike some of the other shops I had stepped into before this one. Thank you Victoria!

Absolutely delighted with the service I received on my recent trip to Famous Footwear at Narellan Town Centre. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly; they provided some great recommendations. The range of footwear to choose from was amazing with heaps of great options, that were also very affordable. Will definitely be returning for my next pair of shoes.

Came in last week to find shoes for the Mrs and the service was amazing! they helped me find the perfect gift for my Mrs and she loves it. Will definitely be shopping here for her shoes more often!

Terrible service. Women was too busy behind the POS to assist me. Tried asking questions about shoe type I needed but clearly didn’t care to help with a ‘not bothered’ attitude.

Best customer service and really cared about your experience at the shop and not just about your money, would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family.
