I went to this store last week and like a fool i said i will come back. I went today to get the boots i love only to find out they had a bit of a flood and the boots i wanted got water damaged. I begged to buy them anyway and the wonderful manager gave them to me for free. I will always buy my shoes there and ladies i really recommend this store to you. The young girl that served me was wonderful very helpful and very polite. Thankyou

I give Famous Footwear 5 stars because of their customer service and quality of shoes. I walked into the Blacktown store and was immediately welcomed by a young nice lady where she lead to me to exactly what i needed. i have had a pair of nude block heels for the past 2 years and they are still in good shape. Recommend shopping here for events and occasions as well as everyday footwear.

If you want affordable, comfortable and great quality shoes, this place is a must. I have 6 different pairs of shoes from here, all are in great condition still and super comfortable for work or partying. The service is a bit slack sometimes but when they eventually get to you they will help you out for sure.

I went in to buy a specific pair of shoes that I’d seen advertised. I was so impressed because I’m a size 5 and with the great range and styles available I ended up buying 3 pairs. The staff are helpful, friendly and a credit to the Blacktown store. My new go to for great footwear.
