It says on their website they insure 'Daily drives", but when I contacted them for a quote they said they only insured cars over 30 years old and they were not competitive for 'Daily Drives'. The assistant grudgingly gave a quote but would not listen to my answers when I answered his questions as to where the car would be garaged and who would drive it, purely so he cold inflate the quote and I would go away. They couldn't even be bothered replying to the letter I wrote to them questioning my treatment. If you don't insure 'Daily Drives' then change your website. If I could have given no stars I would have.

They are the a doggy company there preferred repairers don’t know how to fix a car properly and the claims department don’t help out my car has been off the road now for the past 8 weeks and only lasted 2 months after I got it back from there repairer and then they decided to cancel my policy after I called them back for the car breaking down from there repairs don’t recommend this insurance company at least with the bigger company’s your car is finished and repaired properly and you keep your policy

Fantastic motorcycle insurer. This insurer is a bit unknown to a lot of people but they are great value. They let me choose my own repairer, and treated me with respect and fairness when I had to make a claim. By far the best level of customer service within the insurance industry, and the best coverage at a fraction of the price of the larger insurers. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a decent insurer.

Complete waste of time. Claims to insure high performance vehicles but that seems to be a complete fabrication. Does not insure under 25's. Will not insure if car is not in garage. Absolutely putrid customer service, pathetic response time, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Would be no surprise if the business went into liquidation as whoever is running the business is running it into the ground.

Horrible customer service, A. can't ensure motorbikes locked in shared garage!! hello most of Sydney buildings have shared garage underneath the building.. B. can't ensure you if you don't have a full unrestricted license- ok..what else, well can't ensure you if you commute to work using the bike.. What a joke! don't waste your time with them...

This insurance company is extremely unethical. Avoid by all means. They ignore all the accident details and the staff members are NOT at all helpful. Honestly I don't even know if this is a legit company, as the way they deal with a claim is just horrifying.

I didn't like the insurance costs and other things but it may work for other people as I have understood that payment has to be annualy maybe am wrong just added photos of thing u can insure there are plenty of things u insure as well!!

I rang to get a quote and they won’t insure me/my vehicle because it is a v8 “high powered vehicle” and I’m under 25. I have my full license, I’m 23 and I’m not on my Ps or anything like that. Absolutely ridiculous and stupid.

Famous is competitive in prices, They have insured 3 of my cars and my motorcycle. I have since put two claims in from the hail storm late 2018 and they have strived to get them finalized.

Great Company to deal with. The people on the phone are enthusiasts themselves. Have had a number of vehicles insured with them for a lengthy time. No issues to date

Totally useless WEBSITE , say they will call you & they don't. Try ringing their number & no one answers despite they say they are open 24 hours a day. Pssst
