I was feeling overwhelmed with texts and calls and Omid was absolutely WONDERFUL in assisting me with my auto policy and helping me bundle my renters insurance yesterday. He was very friendly and he really took the time to explain the differences between the types of coverages so that I knew I was getting the most value for my dollar as well. I feel like he wasn't trying to rush me into making a decision and this is very important for me. He made the process very seamless. Farmers truly has a great asset within Omid. 5 Stars from me!

Crystal was my agent today and most capable fiduciary friend. She was genuinely courteous and helpful from the beginning to the end. On a scale of 1 to 10 I have to reboot and give her 20. She has knowledge and experience with pleasantness plenty. She's a very special blend of diamonds and gold. That's only my lowly opinion. But let the truth be told. She makes her company look better on account of her professional skill. Crystal you keep doing well making your family proud. I know you will!

Kristen gave the Best customer service I’ve ever had in any form of business. I have never seen someone go that far out of there way to help me save the most possible and then to welcome any changes as I need them to save even more. I never knew the all of options I had in regards to insurance before today. It was truly eye opening. She cut my insurance cost down less than half of what I was paying at Geico. Thanks Kristen.

Kristen with Farmer’s Insurance was wonderful. Patient, knowledgeable and kind. She helped answer all my questions and made sure I was getting all the possible discounts that were available to my wife and I. Helped switch me and save me money compared to my previous home insurance policy. Will update if anything changes. So far, so good. Farmer’s was able to get me a competitive rate with coverage that fit my needs.

Had a solar panel that was cracked and the claim went quickly and I was able to get the panel replaced. Everytime I've called I've always gotten my agent. And they have always been very understanding and very helpful. They are so knowledgeable and have taken the time to break down how every bit of my insurance worked. No one has ever done that for me before. Thanks guys I'll be here for years to come!!

Kristin is wonderful to work with, my transition from my previous auto insurance company to Farmers was seamless and she enrolled me into the renters insurance program with great savings too. It may take me some time to learn more about the app, but I’m technologically challenged, so it is what it is. LOL I’m sure she’ll get me on the right track sooner or later. Otherwise I highly recommend her.

Our home owners insurance was cancelled and the only coverage I could find was double the existing cost. Kristen found us coverage at about the same rate as our old insurance… additionally, she bundled our auto and umbrella and found we were under insured in a couple of areas. First rate service along with a great personality. Forever appreciative!!!!

I really only called for a quick quote, I am a skeptic when it comes to "better deals" but Kristen kept me engaged. She did have something better to offer. I am pleased with her service and I believe she truly cares about her clients. I am feeling good about my decision to switch.

Spoke to an agent by the name of Omid who informed me about all the details I needed to know about getting insurance. He explained everything clearly and made the process to get insurance extremely simple. He sounded very professional over the phone and was easy to talk to.

Bryan was my agent. He was very helpful in getting me what I needed with the best rates. I wish I would have found him 4 years ago. He was able to answer every question I had. I highly recommend him and will refer him to my friends and family.
