WARNING: If you're coming here to make use of the park and ride facilities, note that there is very limited parking (only 63 spots as per the MTS website)! This is because, even though there is a massive shopping mall parking lot right next to the station, almost all those spots are reserved for mall customers only -- trolley riders are only allowed to park in a single row along the parking lot wall closest to the station (see pics for details). In theory, a better place to park would be the roof parking of the nearby Macy's, since there is a direct short walkway to the station, but again trolley riders are technically not allowed to park there.

The time estimate of the arriving trolleys is done perfectly. Not much crowded, there are few seats to sit. And there is also a good facility to buy tickets using compass cloud mobile app. There is also a ticket counter at the transit center itself. And the place is neat and clean

There are no public restrooms in this station. I had to walk in the mall just to use the bathroom that is almost 10 minutes walking from the station. Why can't there be a paying restroom or something? There is one for employees, so there should be no excuse.

Quick walk to a restaurants and the movie theater. Easy to meet my bf here after work, we each take the bus and meet in the middle.

Clean, easy to use, great cost for a three day ticket and well light at night. Fifteen minute walk to the hotel circle area.
