I had purchased a Sunglass which was damaged without noticing. The very next day I went for the exchange since they have a exchange policy within 30 days of purchase. The person who was at counter asked me to come after 2 days since the same model was not available. I visited after 2 days but the person was on leave and I had asked the sales person to solve my concern, again he had asked for 2 days of time, but I was not happy with the response and I took this issue to the store manager. Even though he was not available in the store he spoke to me over call and committed me that he will get a same model within 2 hours and give me a call. Trusting his words I left the place and within 2 hours I got a call saying the product is ready. I went to the store and verified the product which was in original condition. The 5 star mentioned here is not for the product or for the brand but only for the store manager Mr. Jagdish who kept up his words.

Rewriting: I always prefer buying watches from this outlet but I also had a worst experience, where I was looking out for new collections and one more customer wanted my feedback on the watch I selected, by looking at us the very next minute the executive told her that “I am not an executive in the outlet, I am also a customer like her” where he literally mocked at me. The other customer had to explain him why she approached me. Then he walked away. I feel that’s not the way you treat customers. I walked out without purchasing anything.

Customer representative Mary. She was very helpful and professional. Would love to visit again. I came to buy for a gifting purpose and i got what I was looking for. it's a affordable price and the special thing which I got is perfume pack of 3 it was lovely keep it up. And It was a closing time but Ms.Mary she have attended in a very calm and professional way. My apologies for visiting late. But thank you once again Ms. Mary for understanding my situation.

It was a great place to shop and one could find vast range of collections, the ambience of the store is so keen n tidy, also the services they provide is overwhelming especially by Ms Sunitha She was being very polite, attentive and productive during the course of selection. Had very bad experience with this shop I took Fastrack sunglasses here and it is manufacturing defect the glass in it got peeled off with in one month in kept place only i returned them back they got to know its there issue even though not exchanged or refunded they took the glasss and kept as if now not exchanged or refunded . Please don't buy in this shop 100 rs glass is better then this .

A good store for Fastrack products. Was looking for sunglasses and found my choice here. Good and helpful staff. It is also combined with a Helios watch store but cannot comment on the watch store as I was just a spectator there. Well located and decent parking available in front of the store.
