Had a few awful experiences shopping here. The staff are very rude, to the point they get frustrated if you ask to many questions. Don't recommend if customer service is important to you. Switched to flamingo as they are very customer service oriented, and have better prices along with just a overall better experience. Update: To my surprise I received a call from Traven who addressed all of issues. I am very Pleased with the fact I was reached out to and was able to communicate my position. Traven is relatively new but has amazing customer service skills. He listened and assured me this is not a usual occurrence. All my issues have been addressed, and I am satisfied with these results. He turned a unsatisfied customer into a customer who now will return back.

I am writing this review for my husband who has quite smoking 3 packs of cigarettes per day X45 years ,to Vaping. He has tried different Fat Panda vape shops but prefers the one on ST. Annes AVE.The staff there has been exceptionally helpful, understanding, and nice. Like you could have a beer /coffee, with them and just chat. My husband Terry goes there once a week for his juice and really likes the general manager there, Jason. Terry has gone thru many pipes over the past 4 years and contributes his success to Vaping and in large to the staff at Fat Panda who are always willing to go the extra mile for their customers, particularily Jason, whom my husband views as a real stand up guy.!!!

Awesome customer service here! Been coming here for a few months... Went in last night, I got a vape juice that super strange in comparison to others I’ve gotten and they replaced it for me and offered a complimentary one as well. Now THAT is how you handle CSI’s. I’ve worked in retail for years and obviously been a shopper in many retailers and I can say that this is how you keep customers coming back. Great work guys. Even got a new vape too, since my old one could have put me in the hospital since I was smoking salt nic. Thanks for looking out for my health :) not often you see people who are passionate about their job and their customers.

I just want to start off by saying I have been to almost every Fat Panda location in the city and none of them compare to this one, the staff are amazing overall but Jayson's service stood out to me, he was not only helpful but also had my best interest before the stores. He wasn't trying to get up sell me on anything and there was no pressure in buying something, where as most sales usually try to do that. I highly highly recommend this location to everyone, for me it's about a 20 minute drive but it is well worth the the trip to be treated the way I was. Keep up the good work guys, this will definitely be my location now! Thanks again Matt

Definitely do NOT recommend this place. The guys who work here are very unknowledgeable and rude. I just moved to the area and every single time I’ve come to this location (5 times total) has just been the worst. 100% recommend taking the drive to the pembina or regent locations. Every time I go they mess up and give me the wrong coil, wrong mg juice, or don’t honour my points. Last time I went, the man opened my pod to check what coil I had and spilled my full tank of juice everywhere then acted like it was my fault. Horrible store horrible customer service, if I could give 0 stars I would.

The guy who works here at the Pembina location next to the Co-Op Gas Station (the guy with the beard) is super nice, friendly, knowledgeable guy who knows his vapes and different flavors. I always enjoy talking to him when I visit this store, in fact, I would rather come all the way from wherever part of town I'm in just to come in and buy juice, coils, etc, from this location on Pembina. There was a couple times I got dud coils (as I buy them individually) and a wrong one by mistake and he always made it right, no hassle or anything. I will always keep coming back.

100% junk. They sell disposable vapes (the rechargable ones) and then when the coils burn before the tank is done they don't return them. It's like buying cigarettes and half the back being wet. These aren't cheap disposable ones either, they're $17-$34 with tax. Instead of putting the liability on the manufacturer or biting the bullet themselves they throw there customer under the bus. There's a few great guys working there, but there's a few losers too.

Jason is awesome! He is always so friendly and helpful when we come in! All of the staff that I've dealt with at this location are extremely knowledgeable and are always willing to spend time with me to ensure that I get the proper supplies, and that they are to my satisfaction. I would recommend this fat panda location to all new and experienced vapers!

Edit: Due to new staff I no longer use this location. Best location in the city, although stock isn't always there due to shipping errors. Jay and the staff are the reason ill only go to this location. Everyone here is knowledgable and very friendly. Even if you've had an issue with another shop I promiae you this ones better.

Fat Panda St. Anne’s road is awesome. The guys there always help me and my wife to find exactly what we need. Jayson is always there and takes the time to explain all my questions and gets me the exact products and juice that I need. They know vaping and these guys are the best vape shop in Winnipeg!!

It was my first time at fat panda st Anne's a few months ago, just getting around to my review now. Jayson was awesome, very helpful and an amazing personality that had me thinking I was visiting a friend. ( as a retail manager myself fantastic sales abilities he has) Amazing customer service!

I'm always pleased with the service when I go to Fat Panda! I think Ausy is the one who always helps me out. I tell him what I want and he grabs it for me! He describes what different juices taste like enough for me to be interested in trying them! I'll always go to Fat Panda for my vape needs

The staff here is very knowledgeable, helpful and will help you get what you are looking for. If you are new to vaping I definitely reccomend going to the store because depending on how much you smoked before hand or if you just want to try vaping the staff will know what is right for you.

I’ve been to a few Fat Panda’s in the city, the St. Anne’s location has fabulous costumer service, I have never left without a smile on my face. Special shout out to their manager Jayson as he goes above and beyond to meet costumer needs and overall is just an awesome dude.

Only place I'll go. Juice selection is great, Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. From Pods to Starter kits to squonks and builds. They will help with everything! They do not make you feel dumb when youre a noob as well. Manager Jayson is absolutely amazing.

Regular customer @ St. Anne Location, staff is always awesome. Helpful and friendly employees, never had any issues with replacing faulty items purchased, regular deals and free items from point redemption is always appreciated! 5/5 recommend.

I like Jayson! He is friendly and kindly! I went to the shop ask for replacement silicone O-ring, but the shop doesn’t have it. He helped me to search website for me and made me easy to get it. So five stars they should be!

I didn’t know anything about vaping before visiting the store. I was there for 2 hours and finally came out with the best vape. Tony and David were super helpful and really helped me with everything.

The staff are very helpful in that location. Large variety of juices, tanks and mods for vaping and always the best ones. If you want to get a vape or vape products I suggest you check them out.

I asked for a vape and they Sold me the wrong vape and charged me the amount for the new one when I specifically told them the gk2 not the 1 the juice burns and wrecks your vape also
