I love their burgers and fries, you get such a big portion of fries when you order them, the burger is so delicious and big two times the size of a regular burger, $20 expensive...but worth it trust me, I never had a delicious burger in my life!

The atmosphere is good, music is welcome when you walk in the Restaurant, they make everything right in front of you, fresh from scratch, MMM so good!

Too expensive, for an "Okay" burger. $11+ Canadian....which includes nothing, no french fries, no drink....just the burger, which was "okay". ...but, I can get a better burger at a gas station back home (with fries!) for 2/3 of the price. And don't expect a gigantic burger either. It is approximately about the size of a Whopper from Burger King....and the taste is similar. So for me, the choice is just that ...how much money do I want to spend on a "Whopper" ? I need something more for my money at that price, a bigger/thicker patty, include fries or impressive side salad/healthy option. Make me feel a little better about spending that $12 on an unhealthy meal. But as of now, I can't imagine going back anytime soon.

Felt disgusted by the food and I was also disgusted at the owners reaction to me spotting out several tiny black hairs on the cheese of my breakfast sandwich. As soon as I seen the hairs, I took the food back back to the front till where everything just went from bad to worst. Once I raised my concerns, this man (or owner) basically started calling me a liar then he went to raising his tone of voice too using cursive language. I decided to be the bigger person and not give into the negativity. Afterall he just wanted to argue. Nope, just give me my refund which I got by the older gentleman who was nice. Worst experience at this location.

Showed up at 6:10, only to be told they’re closed. The guy there says, “it’s been 6pm since last August.” Should probably update the correct times on Google then. Wasted my time parking and walking over from 3rd for nothing. EDIT: yes, the times are posted very clearly on Google - and they match what you said. So why is it saying Friday 8pm close, if they’re closing that location at 6pm on Friday’s. That’s the issue. You can certainly see the day I left my review - and that day would be Friday. Not Saturday, Sunday or Monday-Wednesday.

I used to love the place, and they were always friendly. However last time I went there was what can only be described as a lump of what you would pull out of a blocked drain in our fries. Hair and gunk and lint. Underneath, like after we ate a bunch. When I showed it to them they did replace the fries, but were quite casual about the horrific situation, as though it happens all the time. Honestly I would hope for more of a response than just replacing the fries. Needless to say my appetite was gone already and I won't be going back.

Slower than your average food court service as you will need to wait around to get your food. To save customers from waiting in front of their store, they provide a "beeper" for you so you can find a table while you wait for the food. This doesn't work out well when you are eating by yourself. $9 burgers are very small. It's comparable to the size of a $3 Wendy's burger at the food court. Food taste decent and just what one would expect from this chain.

This burger is picture worthy, once you get past the gorgeous looks of it you will enjoy the juicy tender patty that has a touch of seasoning salt. The condiments are all very good and not overly applied. Very soft bun and nice service from the staff is fantastic

I had never been to a Fatburger location until today and I am glad I tried it. The bun and patty were super fresh and the burger itself was very tasty. The french fries were cooked perfectly crispy. Staff was quick, we got our food in about 5 min. The only thing I didn't like about the burger is that they put pickles AND relish in it. One or the other is enough, otherwise the pickle flavor is too overpowering

Been there couple of days ago. Great service, staff was really friendly, there were not much people so food came quickly. I had crispy chicken burger and it was simple, tasty and more than enough to get full. Thank you and highly recommend!

My first and last time there. Burger was good, not great. Visually unappealing. Fries reminded me of A&W. Not good as I consider them inedible. Little bag big flavor. Well 50% correct. Won't be going back. Save yourself the $ and skip it. The beeper to announce when my meal was ready was a really nice touch-would you like a side of covid with your burger? No thank you.

What? You've never had water from FatBurger? You know it's good, right? I know I'm not supposed to give my opinion, but give it a try, and then you can tell me if it's good or not. Still not convinced? I'll cut you a deal the water is available for FREE, and that's a great price. TL;DR They have good water, not sure about anything else there.

Eat with caution. I’ve been twice to give the benefit of the doubt - once I didn’t feel good and got what I think was good poisoning afterwards and the other time it was very red meat. By the time I walked away and then got back to food it was too late to return.

Had the plant-based burger, and I could say that it was good. The patty was crumbly but I love how there was a decent amount of pickles. Nevertheless, I’d come back to try the other burgers.

McDonald’s sells water for 10 cents, you guys gave me water for free, yeah, you read that right FREE WATER 10/10. You guys are now my exclusive water providers 10/10. I’m not actually sure if Fatburger is actually any good but hey, free water is better then water for 10 cents

Good chicken at this location and great French fries as well. The staff are super friendly and prompt when it comes to customer service. The wait for your food can make this a tricky proposition over lunch, but if you have the time to spare, it can be a good choice.

Worst burger I've had in a long time. The top bun was all soggy and grey. Looked like old grease was poured on it. Half my onion rings were burnt (black). The only thing edible was the fries. I got it to go so didn't see until I got to my office. Very disappointing.

Long lines during busy times and mediocre food. They do have the flashing "hockey pucks" so you don't have to stand in a crowd of people waiting for your food. Instead you can walk around the food court till the puck flashes indicating that your order is ready.

Pretty good burgers. Better than the other fast food burger places in the core but a little pricier. You have to wait a little longer as well because all the food is made fresh. Staff is very friendly as well.

I have had the Cajun chicken salad so many times now. Love love love it.

The burgers are great, and what you'd expect at your typical chain. The 5 stars really speak to the staff; They are high energy, friendly and provide great customer service - something rare in Calagry.

It's was ok, and my experience is different as compared to others as I ordered vegetarian burger, and it was a bit dry. The fries on the other hand was good, thin cut and crispy.

Great food, killer prices. +3 stars on the burger and fries. - 2 for a $17 meal. Marginally better than McDonald's Angus menu, which doesn't support up to a $5 price difference.

Very yummy burgers and their french fries were awesome too! The employees were really nice and friendly, especially with my toddler! Will be back when we're shopping downtown!
