Bad people, bad service, only use them if you want to be frustrated. Why can't rate a zero star on google. When you first approach them, they seem to be able to offer you a professional service, but when the fees are paid, you are totally ignored. Let me share some disgusting personal experience with you from using this law firm (so called): I purchased a property and this Fenson law firm was appointed by the sales agent and the developer ( you know why appointed). 1. I tried to ask if I can choose another solicitor and I was told that I had to use them as she had already started the process; ( Their price was not cheap at all, and I thought well, with this price, a descent service should be provided which turned to be a joke); 2. I was totally ignored by the solicitor, even no response to my enquiry (E-mail, instant chat APP). Simply no response and without saying a sorry later, I meant never answered my question, what was happening?!!! 3. My solicitor left the law firm and nobody never ever gave me a notice about this including the solicitor herself and the law firm; 4. The boss of this law firm seems to be very rich and self confident, and can't show any respect to their client. Maybe it is because I only paid them $2000 for doing some simple staff ( actually they did nothing but printed some formulated contracts and asked me to sign, that's all they did), for which I think $500 is more than enough! 5. You will feel totally being ignored and no one even wants to give you any respect; 6. WHAT IS MORE!!! They lie to you and give you a direct response by saying: I'm sorry, but I lied to you with my own judgement on this issue. From my perspective, they are saying: What do you want? I did lie to you, so what? I said I am sorry already. Then nothing further even with a second apology. 7. You can try to contact the boss of this law firm via phone call or go there in person. Then what you will find is he seems to be soooo busy and he will say in the phone: Sorry, I am busy and I will call you back in minutes. What will happen is, he never call you back again until you call him one day later! This is really disgusting and frustrating. I was treated like this for 3 times! ( I will call you back in minutes and never call you back FOR THREE TIMES while you have an urgent issue to deal with AND THIS ISSUE WAS CAUSED BY THEIR MISTAKE). I believe when your case is worth $100,000 lawyer fees, he will call you back in a second. But you are not paying that much, so they don't care. 8. When I tried to ask them to deal with the above issue and nobody gave me a glance, I went to their office in person after waiting the phone for one hour ( The third time that I was told a call back will be in minutes). Then, ZERO RESPECT was what I got. AND the boss was wandering around by talking loudly to his employees WITH HIS PHONE IN HAND as a stick. If you wanna try, do it and you will be taught a lesson telling you respect is cheaper than Australian dollars. In a nutshell, I will never ever use this law firm again and you make your own judgement. Be lucky.

The solicitor was recommended to me by my agent. It was a very unprofessional journey for the last few weeks. Lillian Jiang was given my file. She contacted me on the first day and the rest of the week was away. I had to chase her up many times via email and phone calls to get some of the issues sorted which was a pain. She came to work and once again went silent and no response for a week and went to leave while the settlement was nearing without any secondary contact. Also, Lillian worked close with the agent rather than looking after client’s interest and need. Being away on leave every week was unhelpful considering the settlement date. To make it worst she phone called me asking me to terminate and move to a different solicitor during public holidays. It was a very impolite conversation, unresponsive behaviour and full of attitude. On top of that, when I left her service as per her advice, I was given hefty invoice. I don’t understand the solicitor just disappear without giving notification of leave and secondary contact and treat client with disrespect. It was a very stressful and frustrating journey. Please don’t get them work for you specially if recommended by the agent. They will work on agent’s interest and won’t protect you as their client.

We met Mr Han two years ago, with his professional consultancy, we successfully brought our first dream house. In early 2021, thanks to Ms Brenda who helped us avoided investment risks, what happened later made us feel lucky that we didn't buy that business. And just as we thought we were so confident with everything about property transaction, from November 2021 until March 2022, we have experienced a series of obstacles during the purchase of our second house. More than once we thought, we lost it. However, Mr Andrew, with his wise judgment and analysis and excellent communications, helped us again and again get extension (five times extension in two and a half months and even during Christmas and New Year), and finally successfully completed the settlement today. This was my first time dealing with a Property Lawyer. They were recommended to me by the Agents I purchased a home from. I firstly dealt with Jeannette who was fantastic and very thorough. As she transferred, her replacement was Andrew and although early in his career, he was extremely professional. My case was long and drawn out due to excessive delays for different reasons. I was recommended Andrew from Fenson & Co. Lawyers by my mum to help with my first property purchase. As it was my first time, I had so many questions regarding so many different aspects of the purchasing process, and Andrew was able to answer and explain every one of them. He was thorough in his work and picked out a red flag in my contract which could have cost me an additional $40,000 at settlement if not clarified. He always responded within 1 business day (almost always the same day), and was so polite every time we spoke. As I hadn’t been through the process before, I was very anxious at times and Andrew always treated me professionally and assured me when we had done everything on our end, and that everything would be okay. Even after settlement Andrew has been extremely punctual, and extremely helpful with all my further enquires; which he actions straight away. I can’t thank Andrew enough for all his help, and strongly recommend him to anyone purchasing a property.

The service of this law firm is so poor. one of the off-the-plan property I purchased passes the sunset date , I had contacted the Lawyer Darren so many time to check the process of the issue, yet I rarely have any reply . if i did receive reply, it was always something like "not yet" "no response from other side" leaving me have no idea what is going on. and my last 2 emails were totally ignored. other buyers from the same property contacted me and told me their lawyer has already contacted the developer and the refund of deposit is processing..... I finally decided to transfer my matter to another lawyer in Sydney and Darren played disappear again did not reply their emails. how could someone being so irresponsibly got a lawyer qualification? please do use their service there are tons of qualified lawyers out there .

Rate 1 star is too much, why can't give them a zero? 处理房屋过户事宜，非常不专业。律师跑国内赚大钱去了也不监督，扔给手下没经验的员工操作。遇到问题全部推给客户，让客户承担损失。合同居然也能发错。延期过户居然任由对方过户师多算一天，指出问题也不处理，各种想法设法收费。付费后要求跟对方协商， 结果收到对方邮件通知我回复邮件还要再收费。什么鬼？这问题不是你们造成的吗，用过四家不同的房屋过户，这是我遇到过的最差一家。Remember ,do not use them. Waste your money and time, and you will lose more money afterwards. They have plenty reason to charge u after, and force u to follow. Want some example? Send someone's contract to me. What a joke. Never remind u time frame, they are too busy, don't want to waste time on u. Count days error to let u pay the interest. Charge u for communication fee if it's their fault. Want to charge u twice even for a reply to email but still in one case negotiation. That's my story, avoid them, they will continue get your money out from pocket.

If you are buying or selling your house rather use another solicitor. They take forever to get back to you and are the most unprofessional firm i have ever dealt with in all the property purchases i have done over many years. I booked my move , booked flights to move interstate to be told three days before i took occupation that the date had been changed for the second time by another three weeks. Dont waste your time with them. Read the poor reviews and see how many other unhappy customers they have disappointed! Many better solicitors to use for your property transfer.

I can't say enough about Jeanette. I've dealt with a lot of unprofessional individuals in the past (just look at my reviews), but this was the first time I've had a positive experience with a solicitor for a property purchase. Jeanette took the time to deal with a very difficult seller's solicitor and despite being able to charge me extra for it, she chose not to. The transaction wasn't as straight forward as I would have wished, but Jeanette didn't complain and handled it with extreme professionalism.

Horrible, absolutely garbage lawyers, don't make the same mistake I did and stay away. They were constantly busy and apparently didn't have a single second to respond to any of my queries, even ignored my calls. They made my simple transaction so much more difficult than it needed to be. Never use them again. 我想給的是0顆星！根本就是詐欺行為，仲介收了錢之後打電話跟寫信都不回，並且隱瞞客戶實情沒有告訴客戶簽證狀況（這件事影響了我後續申請簽證有非常大的問題），打電話給老闆只回應說是員工自己本身問題，跟他們公司沒有關係！是一間道德感非常低的公司，大家要小心！
