As a 25 year old, with constant back pain and having suffered two separate bulged disks; i had tried numerous treatments. Even after weekly, expensive treatments I had found no relief and over a year later (with no change) I was then referred to Ben. Ben successfully treated both bulged disks without issue or without an expensive and longterm treatment plan. I was able to return to work and another session was not needed for another 12 months. The first time I went to see Ben Dalton at Ferntree Gully Physiotherapy was after a Sunday of painting my house. With a very sore lower back and tense muscles in my back and neck, Ben was able to rehabilitate me within one session. I live in Belgrave, so Ferntree Gully Physiotheraphy was close enough for me to get to when I felt like a cripple! I saw Ben Dalton on the Monday and by Tuesday I was able to go running again (normally when I experience this injury it's around 2 weeks before I can go running). I would definitely recommend Ben Dalton's physiotherapy services - plus you get a big hug at the end!

Ben is extremely friendly and has a vast knowledge and experience in his field. I have never visited Ben and not recovered from an injury. The one thing for me that separates Ben from the rest is when leaving after a treatment he always leaves it in your hands as to whether you need to come back unless the injury is serious. In my time dealing with some Physiotherapists in the past, they have asked me to come back for further treatment when I was really not required to. I would highly recommend Ben as a Physiotherapist of choice if you are looking for treatment.

Without Ben's help, care, guidance and professionalism i wouldn't have been able to cope with the back issue i did some 10+ years ago now. I went to see Ben Dalton at Ferntree Gully Physiotherapy for the first time 3 Years ago when I had a very painful shoulder. He was incredibly thorough and my shoulder pain was fixed in 2 sessions. He gave me exercises to do at home to speed up the healing process. I recently had a problem with my foot and I made an appointment and he was able to fix the pain with that 1 session and homework exercises and I am back to full mobility. I have been seeing Ben the last 10 years and he has treated many hamstring and glute strains, torn rotator cuff and helped me to walk again after I broke my leg. Ben is an amazing practitioner, I've seen him for a Human Design consultation and it CHANGED MY LIFE. He was able to pin point me, my design my workings and what to focus on to further understand my being in the world and why I'm constructed to way that i am. I visited Ben Dalton, as i am recovering from having a spinal tumor removed. My spine & my legs needed massaging, & this was causing me problems. With this, i needed frequent visits to him. Definitely reccomend Ben, he is very professional great at really loosening things up. He doesn't just give you stretches/exercises to take home and do yourself (as some other physios do) but will work with you to get you back to where you need to be. Great physio and so handy having HICAPS so you just pay the gap from your health fund.
