Fidelity ATMs were functional when I used it. Banking services include cash deposit and withdrawal, cheque clearing, foreign exchange, money transfer, treasury bills, stock, share advisory, dividend warrants processing. Pension and insurance. Opening an account is easy and took less time. There's a restroom for customers. Sometimes, you may need to wait to be attended to. Staff are cordial and prompt.

The staff is friendly and efficient. The doors to enter the banking hall is faulty. Management do something! I waited a long time before I went inside the bank hall not that there is a crowd but the security man couldn't get help to open the door. I don't understand what happened.

Good customer service. Expect queues on the ATM machine, but it always pays cash. Has an ample parking space for limited number of cars. Friendly security personnel, whom are ready to assist you with an issues that arrises when using the ATM machine.
