When I first came to this surgery the staff,nurses and doctors where laid back and where nice and helpful. For the past year or so the appointment system has gone down hill harder to get an appointment and see the doctor who you want to see, some the staff an that can be abit rude over the phone, some the doctors and nurses are hardly there or even left which is a shame there are more females than males. A few times myself and my partner have been a couple of the doctors have put worrying stuff in our heads which doesn't help our anxiety and depression nor epilepsy. It just seems to have gone down hill and now we have no gp to go too as feildhead are refusing to take us back all because Im stateing my opinion even though I mentioned all this to the manager and would of thought she would have dealt with it in the right manner now I lack trust etc in the system. I don't like how the register person speaks and she over talks. Hmmm wonder what my partner neurologist going to say next week about all this don't think he will be happy even one of the gp saying give his medication time to work when it had been a few months should of been in touch with his doctor at the hospital. I'm not happy at all with this I haven't done anything wrong barring stating our own opinion sorry if ive offended. I shall be in touch with nhs complaints and onbusmand about this as I am not happy. I spoke to someone from meanwood as I was trying to get hold this gp manager and even the bloke said don't see why they can't take you back on and the manager never got back in touch it was the lady again from register team. How am I ment to see a doctor now or get our meducations well that's our health on the line thanks alot for your help etc. Not best pleased at all with the service.

Decline in patient experience and service and time for a practice review I think.

I cannot fault this surgery, from reception staff, to nurses to doctors. They have always been highly responsive in my experience and very caring in their approach; going the extra mile. Whilst you can’t always get an immediate appointment, the staff do their best with the resources they have and try to fit you in asap. Yes it can be difficult to get through on the phone 1st thing, but that is no different to any other GP practice tbh. When I compare to other GP practices that family and friends go to; then Fieldhead really is in another league - and deservedly so, given the dedication, commitment and care of their staff.

Relatively new to this surgery and the way the staff speak to you on the phone is diabolical!! Just called to get my blood results due to an on going illness which is worrying for me. The doctors haven’t even bothered to look at the results yet and the receptionist couldn’t advise me on what would happen next? no one’s been intouch at all so I called them and the receptionist was in that much of a hurry to get me of the phone after been totally unhelpful she actually put the phone dow while I was still speaking!!!! Discusting

Brilliant surgery, Receptionists are kind and try to be flexible and squeeze you in if there is a clinical need. Doctors and nursing staff have time for you and don't rush your appointment. When required I have had no problems seeing someone face to face after a telephone triage. Highly recommend, I think they offer an excellent service considering the current crisis GPs are facing.

I have recently moved out the area but was with Fieldhead for over 2 years. I always received very good quality care, an on the day appointment when needed and was always seen on time. The staff at the practice were always friendly and listened. I think it would be difficult to find a GP surgery as good as this one.

The opening hours are long enough that you can usually get an appointment when it suits you. They’re very good at squeezing people in if they can; we’ve found this to be the case with our toddler and when I was pregnant, and if they can’t fit you in, they’ll offer a sensible alternative to help you out.

Lovely staff, always helpful. Yes most of the time you have quite a long wait but it is entirely free health care so in the grand scheme it's not such a bad thing especially for the great care they take of you!

Brilliant surgery. Always fit you in if there’s a clinical need and can usually get a same day telephone appointment. All the doctors here are so understanding, friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend

Avoid !!!Just refused to re-do my repeated prescription. Also cancelled all the appointments without any notice!!! If you care about your health this practise isn’t the right place for you.

I always get to my appointments at least 10mins early, and every time I’m not seen for 30/40/50+ mins after my appointment time. I think I will be moving doctors as they are never on time.

Recently signed up for Fieldhead and highly recommend it. The female doctors and staff are lovely, and I feel safe discussing mental health among other things with them.

Its the best surgery ive ever been to caring staff more like friends and doctors are brilient so sad i had to leave area now im at an awful doctors .

It is horrible surgery. I couldn't be able to see GP for my 2 years old. It is been a week. They are full and still accepting patients to register.
