I live in New York City now, but went to SA this past year and grew up with them , when I was a kid with my dad. Brought back so many memories, decided in going there and the fresh tortillas are the best of the best! Just like childhood memories My wife went for the sweetbreads and cookies and she just loved every single item I will be back again, because NYC doesn’t have that authentic flavors like San Antonio Now I have my son shipping their tortillas to NYC

Cash only. Not a problem. This is a very good bakery. Pastries are fresh because they sell a lot of goods. Some of best cinnamon rolls, pan de huevo, strawberry boats and extremely reasonably priced. Many places have jacked up prices. So one has to shop around. Especially if you buy often and a lot. I do.

I've being bootlegging flour tortillas from them into Socal for the last 20 years plus, These tortillas are unmatched here in southern California & I've tried many Mexican restaurants/bakeries. I can't openly comment about there pan duece, however the TORTILLAS are worth the risk …

Fresh hot dough and sweetbreads made daily. Perfect pinch of ingredients for taste. Nice, quaint bakers and staff but... what panaderia doesnt take lone star nowadays. The gold mine of food .. or anything other than cash... thats the westside. To cheap to buy machines

The sweet bread here is amazing. I highly recommend the glazed donuts and Apple fritters. They sell out fast. My wife loves the sugar horns too. We get so much for just 5 bucks. I highly recommend, BRING CASH there’s a 5 dollar limit for cards.
