RE READ CAUSE IM RESPONDIND TO YOUR MESSAGE AT THE BTTM ………………..Not only was i assaulted by the security guard, which he said i did to him . I went in cause the week prior to i lost my car key. I have recently finish cancer treatment and was not feeling well that day. I approached two managers which gave me the brush off and were no help. As i asked for help in looking for the key. One person in the store saw me looking and asked me what are you looking good for i told her and she helped me look for the key we did not find.(she actually should be the store manager cause you dont treat people like they are homeless because i did not look well at that time needless to say the same manager which thinks i didnt know it was her the week prior to i approached her the following week and had asked her if anyone had found a key. I began to tell her that i was in there last week and had lost it mind you i knew she was one of the managers there. When i told her how, i was treated she was very apologetic about everything at that point she said well let me take a look at lost and found. When we were rudely interrupted by the security guard which was on a power trip. Not only did he interrupt the conversation he said you didnt loose your dam key here. Which i said excuse me first of all i wasn’t talking to you second of all i was talking to your manager Lorain. He told me not to interrupt him i said i wasnt talking to you. As a matter of fact you were there the day i lost my key. He then said sir you gonna have to leave the store and put his hands on my left shoulder as i turn to say to him DO NOT TOUCH ME HE PLACE A HAND CUFF ON ME AND PUSHED ME TO THE GROUND. Mind you he was like a twig he tried to put the second cuff on me for like ten min. During this time i saw Loraine and said call the police. SHE DID AS I WILL ASK 911 FOR THAT RECORDING CAUSE SHE SAID SHE WASNT THERE !!!!! EASY TO HAVE A LAWYER ASK FOR IT NOT only that i received multiple injuries to the assault. The corp to Fiesta Mart have been no ware to be found But when i personally did some deep searching got to figure out who really owns FIESTA!!!!!!!!!!!! OHHHHH THE SO CALL NUMBERS THEY GIVE YOU ARE IM OUT OF THE OFFICE WHAT EVERYDAY WHAT A JOKE YOUR COMPANY HAS BEEN SENT LEGAL PAPERS SO MAKE SURE YOUR OFFICE OR WHAT OFFICE !!!! KNOWS THEY HAVE BEEN SENT TO THE STORE #25 IM PRETTY SURE LOREEN OR WHATEVER HER NAME IS GOT RID OF . AS THEY WERE SENT OVER A WEEK AGO NOT ONLY IM I REQUESTING THEIR REMOVAL ILL MAKE SURE MY LAWYER WILL SEND THEM A PERSONAL ONE TOO CAUSE.CAUSE IM PERSONALLY GONNA SUE BEPREPARE CAUSE NOW YOU GONNA GET A CERTIFIED MAIL SO YOU WONT LOOSE THEM ASIDE FROM FIESTA ITS A PERSONAL ONE
Really love the mercado super stores q and finally had a chance to visit fiesta today. It does have great pricing on your meats, deli, and produce needs. But what really made it frustrating was the attitude the workers had towards my family. I'm bilingual but it is a little rough. I still try really hard to communicate in Spanish but nobody wanted to assist that well! We were examining the meat case and one worker approached us and asked what we needed. I told them in Spanish that we were just looking and the lady just huffed and walked off talking smack about us. Then when I had a question, I tried asking another person, he acted liked he couldn't understand my Spanish. Then laughed when I said nevermind. We then finished shopping and wanted some food and stopped by the counter. We then asked for some food and she was only grabbing one thing at time and kept getting mad when we wanted to add other things. This was not very enjoyable and felt really discriminated against even though I was trying my best with my Spanish.
I feel I like prices here may be a bit higher than I other places like Walmart, or HEB. BUT they do have a wayyyy larger variety of products you won’t find anywhere also. They sell products from a lot of countries, so it’s convenient if this is what you’re looking for. I went in midday on a Saturday at the place was chill except for the cafeteria they have by the entrance. They had a very long line waiting to grab an affordable plate from their menu. Knew I had to see what all the fuss was about. The options they had looked good and tasted great! I chose the mojarra frita, came with rice and veggies or beans, for only $8.99! Best deal in town! Highly recommend this grocery store, a lot of options if you want to expand your palate.
All of the Fiesta Mart’s infrastructures are different from one each other, but this one is, by far, my favorite ever visited. Restrooms were so clean and smelled actually clean, despite of their location being a bit confusing, since the access to them is inside of the bank (from the main entry to the left, then all the way straight). The flower section was really pretty and decorated close to the entry and all the store was neatly organized. I hope all of the Fiesta Marts from Houston follow the example from this store, to provide cute plastic and paper bags with handles. Way better than the simplistic ones they currently bag our groceries in. Lines for checkout were pretty fast too.
I am from Fort Worth and I used to love shopping here but unfortunately today I had a very bad experience and I will never do business here again. Their recent security contractors who don't even wear uniforms like a reputable security agency approached and berated me for bringing a re-usable bag in the store. I obliged and was berated again by the egotistical guard. Next thing their security guy were following me and watching. It's gross that they behave like this!! Terrible customer service and they make their customers feel uncomfortable. Even the management is in cahoots with these crooks. Go to a different mercado that doesn't treat their customers like criminals.
I gotta admit, I loved the variety of products they had! You can find not only South American products but also Asian products. I loved the Chamomile tea I got there. The prices of milk where much higher than HEB, but what disappoints the most was theSMELL in the fish and market. I’m a chef, and fresh food shouldn’t smell so terrible. Like sewer smell. Perhaps they might have a sewer problem but it was right where the seafood and meat where. That is something management need to deal with ASAP. It’s unsanitary and disgusting. My son mentioned and we almost threw up. This one was up North, hopefully other ones are better kept.
Omg I been in a while don't stop to this fiesta location..!! And I got a good surprise, still the same as I was there the last time!! Everything is clean, very well organized. Fully stocked with products. The attention from the staff was incredible as usual!! EVERYTHING AMAZING!! It was very good for me to find out all that I needed for a perfect dinner with friends. Highly recommend this Fiesta Mart on 38 and a half street and ih35 north. Location: 38 and a half street and ih35 access road north. Price; cheap!! Parking: lots of parking spaces!! Customer service: EXCELLENT!!
I haven’t been to this place in a while however when I went recently it’s Changed so Much Personally I don’t like it It’s seems cluttered and Full the prices have gone up significantly too and the Parking ️ have become an issue as there are many businesses in that Center with limited parking ️ you can find what you need though I love the INTERNATIONAL section s although it’s not very distinctive Anymore.Lots of products are now grouped cluttered together. It’s a good store for Exploring……Especially if you are missing your Place of Birth . Happy hunting.
Everything is fresh at good prices (lower than most other supermarket). Love vegetables, breads, and seafood here. There's also local honney available in different bottle sizes, good for those who is tired of Texas allergy like me. There's special sale on certain days of week (usually Tuesday) like 30 key limes for $1 or 3 cucumbers for $1, etc. Special sales also depends on season but everything is fresh. Here's the only place I can find loroco, one of my favorite veggie. Parking is always available. Multiple entrances and easy notice from normal traffic.
So the cashier I got was I guess walking around the store putting stuff on shelves of items people didn’t purchase then I got her a cashier and she was rude and squashed all my vegetables and she wasn’t even done with my purchase and was already ringing up the customer before me. Produce and customer service is terrible and the employees are not hesitatant to show her frustration and how much she hated her job.I will be reporting this to the food and administration of the city of Austin.
Fiesta mart has a great variety of food for many different ethnicities. From different kinds of meats, fruits and vegetables to household items and personal hygiene. The store is clean and a lot of stuff are at good prices. The pastries look delicious and the hot food section has a good variety of Mexican and American food. Customer service could use work,as many employees are not courteous or at least smile and look like they're mad but overall I had a good experience, we will be back!!
Diverse! I love this place because can find food and products from several countries around the world, even fresh fruits and produce. Sometimes with even better prices than the local grocery stores. They have a small food court which I find very convenient. The food tastes good and at a decent price. Helpful employees and it’s always clean.
Really enjoy buying things for our company dear and our family really quality and a variety of a lot of different items that you can’t seem to find them other places we even found baby Lucas I love the taco section in the morning where they make the tacos and fresh food in the morning has Chicharrón omg …
This beef broth was purchased November 22, 2023. I am sickened that I didn’t notice the expiration date when I used it last week to cook Thanksgiving dinner!! I caught it today when I grabbed it from the fridge. I can’t believe that Fiesta sold me beef broth that expired 15 months ago …
They really need to pick who run the store, the store manager need to jump in open a cashier to reduce the lines. He just stayed standing the whole time. need to find someone who know how to be a team leader. Instead standing around, he can go clean the men restroom as it's dirty
Visiting from Fla the fact that I was totally ignored while other Spanish speakers were taken care of was a total turn off. You don't know if I speak it or not never assume . So disappointed they smile and pass you by no can I help you nothing I just walked out disappointed.
Waiting to check out... lines extend back into the second row of aisles. They have 2 lines open. Dont they understand that checkout is the main way the company makes money? The should cross train every employee to work the registers.. I cant believe people wait this long?
Are used to come here exclusively for their international section, but somehow they dwindled it down to two rows, and they don’t have the offerings they used to which is really a pity because they offered great prices and an excellent selection alas no longer.
I had become accustomed to Fiesta after living in Houston for a number of years. This location did not disappoint. The personal sized tres leche cups are very tasty. The produce looked great and the aisles were clean. I'll drop by again for sure.
This place sucks. Lost its touch in customer satisfaction. People who work here can’t even be asked for a copy of a receipt with out giving attitude.Management printed the other half of the receipt on the back of company finance papers. …
There a Deli you Eat there it's Almost like small Restaurant inside the Store , Homemade food and fresh homemade fresh juice too, different flavors ,You just GOT to try it Out , Lots Sales on fruits and vegetables, Great Customer Service too.
I came by at 7.10 since I was in the area. The taco bar was closed there were four lines and it was taking like 20 min. There's no self checkout. I wanted to check this out but I just didn't get anything instead.
Nice and clean considering lots of people but items are very over priced. So I didn't get what I wanted for that reason. Had to get my items at HEB. Which I didn't want to but couldn't beat the prices. SORRY
Pastries Seafood like nobody else fantastic big variety of different food for different cultures great produce they even sell boots and cowboy hats and they have a deli fresh cooked food the fish is awesome
My husband and I drive 60 miles from Belton Texas just to shop here. Great atmosphere, great people and great products. Lots of items not found in other supermarkets, so worth the drive!!! …
OK place. Meat section is often on organized. No numbers and no line which makes it a bit confusing to the customers and the butcher. Bring that sense of structure to this place and it will be great.
Nice place to shop. I go there mostly because of its large vairety of imported products from Latin America and Europe. It has a food court, and small shops inside and outside of the store
The fact that your sprinklers have been on full blast for three days now (flooding your parking lot) and you don’t want to fix it during a drought is sad. What a waste.
Large grocery store with lots of choices. Nice selection of international foods in addition to regular groceries. Good sized hot food bar with table area to eat at.
One of the biggest selection of Mexican goods, freshly baked Mexican bread, and good staff from all the Latino countries, exellent prices and good food, love it
Bought 7 pounds of menudo and I was sold only fat. Cashiers are lazy, the restrooms are dirty…Poor costumer service, this store needs a new manager!
Everything was nice but the smell. They need to use a more pleasant disinfectant. Good place to find goodies you can't find at other supermarkets.
Restrooms need constant attention. Very well stocked but like everything else, prices are high. Most things are better at walmart …
Can find groceries from all over the world and the food court has many options and lots of good deals on vegetables and fruits
Five stars even tho I saw a moldy tamal just because fiesta is cheap as hell compared to everything else and I appreciate it
This is my favorite grocery store, best produce (from Mexico) cheap and staff is great!!! Also they are pet friendly
Awesome grocery store with all types of food. So much selections! Highly recommend and great atmosphere.
Great meet I got fajitas and bring them to upstate ny i love it thank you they are good and great price
It's the Hispanic HEB, perfect culture and products for sure. Nice and friendly staff. Good food
Well stocked Supermarket with Plenty of different latin/Caribbean foods
