We walked in and the staff working at the desk seemed annoyed that we entered their workspace. A retail store. When asked how they could help one lady said with annoyance “we don’t bill insurance , they’re over there.” She didn’t get up or offer to help with selecting the appropriate item, or offer any other interaction. I left 2 stars because I noticed a super cute baby outfit on my way out. Experience isn’t best when the experienced people have a bad attitude and little regard for the fellow human. This is where the medical assistant keeps pushing us to buy our breast pump. I’m thankful we didn’t. Yummymummy.com provided great breast pump service without the attitude.

Excellent service and friendly staff! Have worked primarily with Yopi, but also Debby and Heather since my cancer surgery in early 2012. The staff is very helpful and considerate. Yopi is extremely knowlegeable of the products carried and wonderful at customizing to my needs. Overall, terrific experience! Thank you all!

Absolutely hated it!!!!!! The women were rude, lied, inconsiderate, refused to sell me a breast pump that my insurance stated they would cover. It took my husband over 2 hours to purchase a breast pump from them because they kept arguing with him. I will never, never, never go here again.

Great staff! I called to see if I could have my husband pick up my pump. They faxed the paperwork over, I faxed it back, and my husband picked up the pump with no problems! He said the staff there was very nice and helpful!
