Incompetence in its definition…Manager couldn’t resolve the problem: they listed apartment for the market price and rude realtor who couldn’t even show up to the viewing(his friend from other agency did) tried to teach me life and explain 3 times why I must not mention to the viewer that I’m the owner.After I did he become mad angry Then after same evening he just lowballed my offer and gave discount to the buyer, that cheap offer I didn’t approve-and as a result I lost the buyer, I think he was chasing immediate sale for his percent. Mr Ali-manager didn’t change any pictures as he promised and after my visit Ad didn’t become verified (his team couldn’t even post photos right) Then they promised to make up the issues and sent an agent who clearly wasn’t even knowing that my apartment is 2 bed and she was so uneducated that she showed client bedroom IN THE cabinet of washing machine, yes she thought there was a bedroom(but it was big door right behind her back which she didn’t mentioned) This client didn’t even check two of the bedrooms as a result of unprofessional broker who didn’t do anything than accidentally hit my kitchen cabinet with her leg so loudly. Then another people join the viewing and manager wasn’t even knowing who is that after I called to double check. If you want them to post pictures of your apartment in the way like it’s quarter of actual photo size, being taught what to do by their rude egyptian broker who not takes you serious and not get any customers then it’s your way to them. Listing agent who ghosts(ignoring) for a week and don’t reply to calls in any time. P.S even when you come to office you feel that vibe of unwelcoming employees(secretary didn’t even reply to my greeting) only the manager seems to be polite person and thanks him only for that.

The response from the company and the team of fine home real estate is really excellent, the services privided to me are on time and very effective in communication and absolutely amazing ambience. I'am very happy about thr whole experience with the team and fine home real estate itself.

Bad service. They promote slot of good real estate options , their pricing is quit higher than the market value. However their call center is unresponsive and they respond and promise some agent will call u soon but never happens.

The broker couldn't sell the apartment. Lost clients. Wasted our time. Disgusting office service and management . Just promises and that's it
