Rode all the way from Shelby to do a return on a pair of shoes for me husband I order on line, just to have the girl after she finished on her phone , tell us they didn't do returns, then we had to drive all the way to Northlake.

This is not a Finish Line.. it's essentially Macy's athletic shoes.. they can not accept returns from Finish Line online purchases.

This Macys does not return items that are purchased through finishline. They still run under a Macy’s system.

Decent shoe selections but can find better if you go out on the streets, 5 to 10 mins away.
