I run a small Family Day Care in Artarmon and we have been learning about ‘superheroes’ in our community. I rang Lane Cove Fire Station in Artarmon to see whether it would be possible to arrange a visit to the station to learn more about Fire fighters and their role in our community. Right from the first phone call these guys were super helpful and friendly. Special shout out to Firefighter Mark who made our visit extremely informative and enjoyable. The children have not stopped talking about it. Thanks guys :)

Prompt response to a call out to a public asset today - not to a fire but instead to a problem with a hydrant pump. I was pleased that I was assured at site that I was right to call them out. They also arranged the call to the service company saving me time. Well done!
