Very rude staff. If you don’t like making sandwiches go find you another job. Whenever someone enter a restaurant, they should be greeted first then tell them to wait first or ask them if they are here to pick up. If a little shorty look at you funny and ignore as if you are going to rob a place or something. For someone to wait on pick up area it means they are there for a pick up. I don’t why most restaurant owner and staff hate gig workers. Cut a tie with food delivering companies if you don’t wanna see the delivery drivers coming to your store. The little shorty dare to be rude toward me on top of being rude and ignore me in the first place. I’m glad foods delivery isn’t even 5% of income and also don’t like sandwiches anyways. You would probably see maybe a few months if I get a good orders from the store. Unless, you the owner who was working there earlier to be rude like, otherwise the shorty that was there tonight is something else. Zero start because of the rude and unprofessional staff. If you are the owner who this earlier, corporate need to removed you from their franchise because you don’t know nothing about customer service.

I've been in this firehouse subs on many occasions but recently there was a young man who gave and, had the best customer service I have ever experienced and to my surprise we shared the same last name (no relation), but this young man took his time with me to ensure everything was great for me he was very attentive and I appreciated him you don't find people especially young people who are genuine good people. I go in looking for him with coworkers no one acknowledge us and he's not their anymore I will take my business somewhere else because management doesn't care, everything that makes a company successful this firehouse subs does not have. I wish I knew were he went because the next company will have a golden opportunity for success.

not a great experience. my sandwich was fine, but the one i ordered for my coworker wasn't. they asked if i'd like to put lettuce, tomato, and onion on hers, and i said yes. the receipt also said yes. and yet her sandwich had only meat and cheese. the one person on the line took the time to take an order for someone else before even starting on mine, even though there was another employee there who had taken my order just moments before. the person who took my order was friendly i guess? but the person on the line definitely wasn't at all. unpleasant tone of voice, no smile, no "thank you" or anything. a piece of advice from another restaurant worker: act as if everyone who comes in is going to leave a review, and the quality of your work will improve.

Clean establishment, but the service isn't great. I ordered online, and they quoted 10 min for my order. I walked in and waited another 20! For a small sandwich... 8 EMPLOYEES behind the counter and everyone is moving in slow motion, and the manager maybe? Carmen is loud and rude. Anytime someone inquired about their order, she yelled, "IT'S COMING!! I SAID IT'S COMING!! My sandwich concerned me.. the roll was cold, the meat was warm, and the cheese was cold??? How and why?? Did yall microwave my turkey and put it on a cold sandwich?? I threw it away.. I won't come back to this location.

I don’t know what’s going on for people who works at this place. I did a few times of online order and delivery. One time they didn’t put pickles, one time they put a wrong chip, one time they delivered wrong drink, one time they even forgot to put the second sandwich. Very frustrated! Especially when you don’t have time to cook for your kids and no time to go out to eat, your kids have to starve waiting for they deliver again. People, please focus when you are working, please have some working ethic and be responsible!

Good location and simple menu. Little outside patio. It's a sandwich shop. Two things I don't like are tipping and the dirty fountain drink machine. You can actually use an app to control the fountain drink machine which is nice but the screen was pretty nasty looking cuz everyone touches it. Not sure they can do much about that. For tipping, they aren't doing much other than making the food so flipping the screen over with the tip amount in your face made me uncomfortable and I probably won't go back because of that.

If you eat at a place 3 days in a row, it's a pretty good indication it's a winner! I've had their Sub on a Club, Engineer and Turkey Bacon Ranch. Everything has been delicious and I don't think I can say which one I like best. The bread is soft and warm, the meats are fresh and the toppings are piled high. I LOVE THIS PLACE! The store has been clean each time and the staff is very friendly. Double points with the app on Monday, so don't forget to download it before you go.

The food was good and the service was good. However, I notice a young Hispanic employee on his break literally sneeze a handful of snout in his hands. He was sitting down at the table. He didn't wash but used hand sanitizer near by instead. Later he returned to his job. I was grossed out by that. The younger guy I think his name was Fred was awesome and kind. The area was not desirable. Nothing much more to add

Employees are sufficiently kind and efficient. Nothing over the top amazing about this place. The prices are a bit high for my liking but they are not too bad. The sandwiches themselves are pretty good but, again, nothing spectacular. Bathrooms are clean. I have never personally tried the salad but I have heard very good things about their salad, surprisingly.

Good food, bad service - worker told me it would take a while if I ordered. Could not give me any estimate on how long a while was. I had to sit there while my friend ate his food because he ordered in front of me and apparently he was the cutoff. Watched as the worker turned seven different people away.

Update: still our favorite sandwich shop in the area. Well run and great subs and salads. Older: Best quickie subs and really great chopped salad (Italian w/ chicken). This location is great too - really nice people work and manage this place.

Delicious sandwiches I could eat everyday.. great alternative to subway. Clean restaurant, bathroom and I see tables always wiped down. Wait may take a few minutes but it’s because they have to toast and steam which makes it a 10/10.

I don’t know who hired these new kids but not one of them have any kind of customer service skills this is the 2nd time we’ve had issues here in 2 months. There’s no respect for the customer and customer service is non existent.

Excellent all around. Sub was perfect restaurant was very clean staff friendly.

Slow service and I guess you pay for the bread. This was a smokehouse beef brisket sandwich.
