    "I brought my car in for a leaking valve today at 8 am, at the time of this review it is 12:30 pm and even that I clearly specified the issue I see they are inspecting the wrong tire and stills isn't done, I ask the guy that if he could please put the tire back so I can take the car but he refused, he excused that the guy that took it off was in lunch, honestly I saw another guy at the shop and to put the wheel back wouldn't take 5 minutes, now I would have to wait another "30" minutes (yes like the 30 minutes they told it would last in the morning) I have to go to work and Javier refuses to help me out, he could have done himself as the store is empty"

I will never use this place again. I took my truck to get a diagnostic check for a ABS sensor light. I was charged $115 for this service. I was told it was the right rear wheel sensor was bad. The price I was given to replace the sensor with an oil change was $750. I told the technician I couldn’t pay that much for the sensor, so I asked how much for the work and oil that was already done. The technician told me he could get the price reduced. The new price is now $697. I told him I could not pay that much. Just give me the price for what has been done already. The technician asked me wait again see if he could get the price lowered. Came back with $497. I told him no that’s OK I’m just gonna pick up my truck. What do I owe for? What’s been done already the diagnostics and oil change. He told me $235.. I paid the bill and picked up my truck and brought it home. I started ordering the same part sensor from AutoZone. Firestone quoted me the part as being $400 and AutoZone quoted me $188. So I went out underneath the truck and looked at the sensor and there was nothing showing that was wrong with it. So I followed the wires leading from the sensor and just real easy, you could see that the wires had been chewed off by something very visible real easy to see. So I replaced the wires myself for dollar fifty And everything works and it’s fine five minutes worth of work. And they were going to charge me $500 to do this knowing full well the wires just needed to be replaced. I will never go there again. I was going to be ripped off. I’ve been going to this place for many years now. Not anymore not after this. I’ve told a few of my friends that I have recommended there that go there also and showed them what happened. I really thought I could trust this place. There’s no way anybody can justify what they were trying to charge me. As soon as I crawled underneath the truck, you could see the wires were just hanging there from some animal chewed them off. It was a real easy fix.

I would definitely not recommend going to this place. I bought my car in February of 2023 and I need an oil change in July. When I took my car up to this place nothing was wrong with it except for I need an oil change when I left that place they ended up breaking my ignition coil pack which has nothing to do with an oil change which took them almost 2 hours to do and that is a 30-minute job. I took it to my mechanic and that is how I know they broke my ignition coil pack, I guess because I'm a female and I came in there by myself they felt the need to screw me over. I STRONGLY ADVISE TO NOT GO THERE FOR AN OIL CHANGE.

These folks have been great. They’re able to fit you in on same day appointment on a Saturday. I’ve had tires replaced, alignment done, and I’m sure there some other services that I’ve had as well. I only wish they would take the time to qualify needs be setting an appointment. I told them what was needed, they didn’t have the tires in stock or an auto electrician on staff to diagnose my issue with my headlight. Why even set the appointment? I might give them another shot, but I’ll be sure to qualify if they are the right spot before I spend another hour there.

I had a flat fixed on Wednesday Morning march 1st before I got to Channelview. It was losing air again. Low tire air came on. I took it back Thursday to fire stone they fixed it again. They charged me a second time and I said I don’t think that’s right this tire was not fixed to start with because it was flat again by that night when I got home but the guy argued with me and said no you picked up another nail And I said yeah right from firestone to Channelview. I picked up another nail and it just happened to be the same tire you fixed I won’t go there again.

Dont waste your time with this place. I had scheduled a tune up for my sons vehicle and arrived early. I had also planned to buy tires for my company vehicle. The "representative" at the counter was rude and his apperance matched. I asked about the scheduled tune up that I made online, and all the feedback I received was clearly from somebody that didnt want to do the work. He began to attempt to lecture what my definition of a tune upwas and how the tune up guy is out to lunch for 30 minutes. Save your time and money and go somewhere else

I work in the area and usually get my oil changed here. It happened that I needed tires for my vehicle and wanted to support local businesses for more than just an oil change. Not only was the staff courteous but also professional in mapping out social distancing. They even worked with me to make it very convenient for me to drop off and pick up my vehicle. Of course tires are tires and I am happy with new tires, but customer service makes the difference. Thank you Harrisburg Firestone, I will encourage others to patronage your business.

Only came here because my tire had a warranty. Tire had a slow leak. Wait time is horrible. Arriived at 7:30 in the morning. Manager said my vehicle would be ready at 1 or 1:30 in the afternoon. 5 hours to fix a flat??? While waiting, a customer came in at 9:56 and purchased 1 tire. He was told his vehicle would be ready in roughly 1 hour! I guess Firestone is only interested in taking in money and not worrying about warranties even though the warranty was paid for. Discount Tire is where I'll take my business next time

Honestly I loved the experience here. Sure it was all basic stuff that should be done but that doesn't mean the workers will actually do it. I felt the store was nice and tidy. And the managers were extremely polite and respectful. Even told me when he was going to lunch he had told another member of the staff about my car and if I had any questions he would be more than happy to help me. They even came back to tell me that my car didn't need certain stuff and that my price would actually go down. Good job to Mr mike.

Dropped off my truck at 8am to get my tires aligned, rotated and balanced and didn’t get a call at all so I ended up returning at 5, I find out my lug nut socket is broken and they put on my tires backwards with the threads going the wrong direction, I told them they had my truck for the whole day how can they possibly not realize and he replied with they were busy, but when I passed by I seen a worker working on a toy kids bike. Terrible place to go DO NOT recommend. Idiots

They were fast and friendly. We needed an alignment after our car was in an accident. The first go round we weren't able to get it but the technician did let us know what we needed to repair in order for them to be able to properly align it. My husband replaced the ball joints and we went back. In and out in a little over an hour and a half. My truck no longer pulls to the left anymore. And it was affordable. We definitely recommend going to see them.

OMG I JUST PURCHASED A INFINITE G35. Knowing nothing about the car my tires keep wearing down. So I finally went to get it checked out. I just knew I was about to spend around $500 dollars. That was fine for the price I paid for the car. Well I only end it paying $105.42 for the alignment. Thanks Firestone for being kind and very earnest about the car. I only gave this location two stars because I needed two new tires because I ran over a curb and blew both tires on the drivers side out on 4-27-23 and got towed to this location since it was the closest one to where I was at. While I appreciate the fact that they didn't put both new tires on that side, I don't appreciate them putting them on the back when the best tires should go on the front.

I showed up with a flat tire before 5:30 p.m. (they close at 7). Place was empty. Guy said best he could do is have me leave it overnight and they'd look at it in the morning. I understand not keeping someone past closing, but I wouldn't be there in the first place if I wasn't with a flat; plus I came more than an hour-and-a-half before closing. Really disappointed in Firestone.

AVOID THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING NOT RELATED TO TIRES!!!!! Came in for an oil change and came out with a transmission problem! Staff said it was my own fault that the problem was there before I came in (total lie, not a single problem. So I Drove the car home to find out that someone unplugged transmission fluid knob, probably thinking it was the engine oil knob.

The staff is always good with me and take very good care of me. The manager on the other hand is another story.Had a low tire and got told that it was going to be a 5 to 6 hour wait. I am upset because when they sold me 4 new tires that I could always bring in for repairs and they could have me in and out I understand it takes time but 5 to 6 hours is crazy.

Outstanding help. I popped a tire and they were super helpful in replacing it. I offered to do it myself, as I didn’t want to wait 2 hours or pay the installation fee. They went out of their way to help me anyways by providing me with a better jack and a nut drill. Even helped me load up my stuff afterwards. Made a terrible morning into a lovely experience.

Store manager Javier was a great help and a wonderful hospitable technician, they got me in and out as my tire was about to go on flat after work. I really appreciate the help and service. Showroom staff was hostile and nasty. Viciously said I couldn't be in the showroom without a mask and demanded I leave the premises as he wasn't going to do business with me. Would not even consider assisting me while standing outside. Worse customer service I have ever had, and would have given zero stars if allowed.

Good service, respectful customer service and prices are fair. My only complaint is the time it takes for an oil change, alignment, rotation and wheel balance was a little over 2 hours. I know I'm not their only client and I know goid work takes time, but this has been every time and I always have an appointment.

Over the weekend my husband went to drop off my truck at 11:40am to fix the brakes and rotors on it. By 3pm it was done! They were done so fast and they did such an excellent job! If I can give more than 5 stars I would honestly. I'll be going back to fix some other minor issues my truck has. Thank yall so much!

Stupidly expensive. Terrible attitudes from the employees. Always understaffed. Takes forever to get anything done. Tried to charge $360 to replace one busted tire, and was going to take two days to do it. Drove a mile down the road and got two tires fitted and replaced within 10 minutes for $120.

Either too slow or bad estimation of time. They said 1.5 hours when I reached at 7:00 AM and am here waiting still at 10 AM. They did not start until 930 am. Had I known it was going to take longer, I would have left to do some work and get back.
