I do not know if it's because of the large customer base, but this bank has terrible customer service and treat customers in an offhand manner with staff often speaking pretty rudely to customers. If I had my way I'd definitely not bank with them. And no, it's not just one particular location, practically every first bank branch I've ever visitedt tend to portray this callousness towards customers. No offense to the other really nice staff though

This stupid branch will never change. I've known it for years still lacking Costumer relationships. How can you keep someone in a cue outside for about 6hrs and later telling us that we should be pleased . I recommend each and everyone to stay away from this branch. I pray every second of mine wasted shall not be forgiven. Stupid Kabuga branch

I would give four stars for the staff and zero for the bank. Though the staff work really hard, they seem overworked and stressed. The bank is grossly shorthanded, understaffed and undermanned. The customer volume is way beyond the capacity of the current staff leading to inefficiencies and delays.
