The guys at First Choice Health are professional and friendly. Lee has been my physio for 3 years now, and helped with a range of issues including an old shoulder injury, ongoing neck & shoulder tension and a recent ankle sprain. The reason I choose to keep seeing Lee (even though I live on the complete other side of town now!) is that as well as having the knowledge and experience, his aim is to heal you and not to keep you coming back for no reason. He gives great tips on stretches and exercises to do at home to help prevent further injury, and is happy to answer any questions no matter how silly they may seem. So to sum up, I highly recommend First Choice Health!

Since I have been seeing Lee,he has been able to reduce my pain level dramatically and with the added bonus that my ability to move has improved. I have been seeing Lee for over nine years, and he has helped me with pain everywhere: in my knees, lower back, upper back and neck. He has also helped with back pain during pregnancy. I have referred both of my parents to see Lee (one for back pain, one for exercises to prevent osteoperosis), as well as two of my brothers and my 10yo daughter. He's THAT good. Plus, he's an all-around Top Bloke. The lovely ladies in reception are also really helpful if I need to reschedule due to work. 100% recommended. Do yourself a favour!

I came to see David and would not recommend anyone else seeing him whatsoever. Despite my head sitting on a very obviously wrong angle and jaw being deviated, David's brilliant deduction was that I was simply too stressed and needed to relax. He did not even bother to see what was wrong, let alone actually help - in fact he flat out refused to even LOOK at my unstable patella until I had scans done. I'm not sure if it was laziness or discrimination but if you want someone to actually help you - don't choose David!

Lee has helped me with various ailments over the last couple of years, starting with physio on ruptured ankle tendons I sustained while overseas on holiday. Since then I've also seen him for achilles problems, hip problems and now a frozen shoulder. He has successfully treated me for all of these issues, in a professional and friendly manner. I've been impressed with his skills and depth of knowledge and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a physio in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

After Lee was recommended for my husband in 2019 for prehab and rehab for hip surgery, I consulted with Lee for my own treatment prior and following back surgery shortly thereafter. I have continued to consult with Lee and Chen who treat me for leg shortening and continued SIJ pain. Lee is the only physio I have consulted about these issues over2 decades who has come up with an effective treatment for my ongoing issues. Highly recommend him and all the team at First Choice for any physuotherapy needs.

I found the treatment from First Choice Health was, well, first choice! The physios are very professional and were able to provide me with excellent treatment for a bad ongoing injury. I found the knowledge and experience of the physios here meant that not only was my injury treated, but I left with information on a whole range of things that could contribute to prevention of re-injury, and ongoing treatment options. First Choice Health been instrumental in my recovery from a broken ankle that needed a titanium plate. All staff very friendly and so knowledgeable. I always leave feeling more positive and that I am heading in the right direction. My treating Physio Lee Keleman has been fantastic and really worked with me to recover. Outstanding experience with my physio Lee. I've been to several other physio's before who couldn't fix my back and shoulder pain (I get pain from work and the gym). Lee was able to get to the root of the problem, explained it clearly and came up with a plan to not only get rid of the pain but make sure it won't come back! Ive been coming to see Lee for a couple of months for my rehabilitation after a motor vehicle accident that left me with several injuries. Lee has been fantastic with helping me recover and get my movement back and I’ve seen great improvements! The reception staff are fantastic and very friendly always doing what they can to fit people in when they need it.

Actually a 6 out of 5. Lee is fantastic, I was having issues with my back from playing drums which was impacting my ability to perform as well as go on the casual run each week. Not anymore!
