I know next to nothing about cars. It's pretty obvious as soon as I open my mouth. The best part is my wife knows even less and looks to me to maintain her car. That's why every time I visit an auto repair shop it's with a heavy heart and always leave with a much lighter wallet. Enter Ralph. I ran over a small screw and instead of going to Firestone (because I don't know any better), and this time I went to Ralph since he's only a few blocks away. Turns out the screw didn't even puncture my practically bald tire. He took it out, didn't charge me a cent, and sent me on my way. Coincidentally I had a bunch of repair that needed to get done on my car; I had been putting it off because I just hadn't had the time. I had a good feeling about Ralph's place so I dropped my car off and had a ton of work done. The entire brake system and front suspension links. He also troubleshooted my AC. Didn't even charge me for a tire replacement or taking a look at my AC which turned out to need some freon. The prices were very fair. This is the first time I've been to a car repair shop where I didn't feel like I was ripped off. Ralph you have a customer for life. I'll be bringing my and my wife's car to you from now on, and will be referring you to my friends and family.

Honest salt of the earth Mechanics.. Always upfront and a very explanatory and honest. It's hard to find a good honest mechanic that you can trust at reasonable rates in this day and age that stands behind his work. Amazing owner and service! We broke down after the TNB bridge with two flat tires, and a 3 week old newborn. He took us in as he was closing up shop, and let us stay inside the office with the baby as he fixed the tires. Owner is an angel, trustworthy, reliable and fast. Highly recommended!
