Rented my home out with Burton Groves TTG, will never do it again! Charged for maintenance that didn’t happen on my home, took them 3 days to pay back the money they took from my rent, sent their maintenance guy to do work on my home without permission, advised verbally current tenants would renew for another year, come closer to the time they actually didn’t get a signature so tenants moved out and left with scrambling to get another tenant, of which I was charged with a search fee. Do not use Burton Groves TTG!
