24 November 2022 To whom it may concern, Having recently retired, my wife and I were in the process of setting ourselves up financially for our future. Part of that process was to be the sale of our three investment properties in Melton and Sunbury. We were not looking forward to this, as selling one property can be quite overwhelming sometimes, let alone three. We found Russell to be a highly experienced agent, both amiable and very professional at all times. Given the problems we experienced due to Covid-19, Russell demonstrated a “can do” attitude at all times. He continually kept us updated as to how the process was progressing, and at no time did we ever feel pressured to make any decision we were uncomfortable with. We were extremely satisfied with the outcome of the sale of our properties, and we could not recommend Russell highly enough. What an amazing, supportive experience I have had with Jade both with the sale of my home and then the purchase of a new home. Staff are very friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Went above and beyond to help me and my house mate get the property that we are in now. We were given notice to vacate our previous property 2 days before Christmas (as the owners were wanting to sell the property), after going into 3 other real estate agencies and being told "we cant help you", i almost gave up, thought i'd try my luck here, The lady i spoke to was so helpful, and with pure luck they had a house that was ready to move into straight away, she offered to show me the house that day, we filled in the application form and had it approved by the owners over the Christmas break and were able to move in the 1st week in January. Kristi is a pleasure to deal with. Very easy to get along with, always returns missed calls (very few in between as she always answers first go) very professional, knows real estate business extremely well. Very bad experience with Jade. Happiness of buying a first home destroyed. We asked Jade how old is the house and she said 25 to 30 years old, but we found it was 50 years old when we did the insurance . even if we buy a old house, they should have once made sure the house is clean before giving keys. Lied to us the house is professionally clean. Dog poo on the carpets, burnt food on the stove. Looked like the people who were living there stopped cleaning the house after the inspection and didn’t even bothered to flush their toilets before leaving house. We gave highest price to them and in return they just lied.

I have now sold two homes through First National Real Estate Melton in the past 24 months and have found Justin, Jade and the entire team to be outstanding. They went above and beyond for me with their service and professionalism. Through Covid-19, the team was always ready, willing and able to provide advice and offer alternative methods for inspections. The agency seems to have Low credibility because they FAIL to stick to their WORDS, agreements and arrangements....... I have noticed that they have issues with managing landlords properties and related issues. I think they have this issue because they keep changing their employees. Ken was very good with landlords, but they have lost him. Now is a chaos there. I Never seem to get a response from them regarding my property's issues. Why to promise people if they can not stick to their word. Very disappointed. Very disappointed Landlord
