We sent our daughter to First Steps for 2 years and also Wednesday Club for 1 year. She didn't speak even a single word of English when she started but her English went through the roof and now she speaks fluent English with a lovely British accent. All the teachers are fantastic educators and are also genuinely kind and caring individuals. She learned how to be kind and respectful to others. On top of that she has acquired a great sense of humour! We are absolutely delighted that her first experience with school was such a positive one. This amazing little school in Paris will always have a special place in our heart and we highly recommend this school to anyone with great pleasure!

Love First Steps - my daughter attended both the pre-school and their Wed club. It wad such a great first school experience for my daughter that really set her up to enjoy school . The teachers are lovely and super nurturing. Additionally, they have the added benefit of 1) accepting kids from 2 onwards even if they are not potty trained, 2) having flexible schedules like half days to allow your child to integrate on their pace and 3) a location with a large private courtyard so the kids don’t have to walk to a park. Superb preschool!!

My two children attend the First Steps Wednesday programme and love it! Although they are bilingual French/English, at First Steps they became even more comfortable speaking English and learned grammar and spelling in a fun environment that doesn't only focus on structured English classes, but includes art and drama in English. They've done Christmas pantos and Shakespeare - no mean feat for bilingual primary school-aged children! Melanie and the teaching team are fantastic. I have nothing but good things to say about this programme.

Super école ! Ma fille de 2 ans se lève le matin avec le sourire et chante jusqu'au coucher les petites comptines qui rythment sa journée. Une équipe formidable et bienveillante, entièrement constituée d'enseignants anglophones. L'immersion totale en anglais permet d'apprendre très vite la langue, et cela dans une atmosphère ludique et familiale. Dommage que l'éducation nationale n'accorde pas plus d'importance au bilinguisme dès le plus jeune âge, ce qui fait de First Steps School une école privée hors contrat...

My girl started here when she was 2.5yo, and I have nothing to complain! We are definitely staying until she is too old to attend. We all remember that we didn't enjoy going to school... but my child asks me, during weekends or school breaks, when she is going back to school. She loves her teachers, and enjoys singing, dancing, drawing, outdoor playing, and even napping... absolutely everything there. Highly recommended for little ones; they do provide what they promise- "the fun, joyful first school experiences"!

My child (CP level) has been attending the Wednesday Club since September 2022 and has consistently had a wonderful time. The teachers have been fantastic in helping him improve his learning with phonics and encouraging his love for reading. It is such a joy to see him come home with books he's excited to read. Thank you so much for providing such a positive and enriching learning experience.

We highly recommend First Steps, wonderful preschool – our sons (6, 4 and 2 years old) are attending either the pre-school or the Wednesday club and they love it. The teachers are extremely dedicated, flexible and absolutely lovely. They are native English and very competent. To top it up, they have a huge private courtyard so the kids can have a lot of fun playing outside

First Steps is an amazing school and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. My son attends their Wednesday programme and he loves it. The whole teams attention to detail is incredible. The atmosphere is warm and fun. My son talks non stop about First Steps and has loved leaning English there. If your looking for a friendly and child focused program then this is for you

Most wonderful school. My daughter is attending in TPS and loves it. The teachers are fantastic - all native English speakers, dedicated and caring. The school has a huge outdoor space and the children play and do activities outside daily (weather permitting). We are thrilled with the school and highly recommend.

My two children went to pre-school @First steps. This is an amazing school. My kids had a lot of fun while learning. Teachers are very serious and professional. They are still going the Wednesday club where they learnt how to read and write in English. I stringly recommand this First Steps

Équipe géniale. Enseignement très sérieux TOUT en anglais par des natives anglophones contrairement à d'autres écoles. Mes enfants ont tous fréquenté cet etablissement et ont appris l'anglais tout en douceur et dans un environnement bienveillant. Que demander de plus!

My son attended the week-long program during the Toussaint holiday and he loved it so much that every night he couldn’t wait to go back the following day. The Director is a real gem and the kids’ activities are both fun and educational.
