I’ve been training with Tia over a year now. I’ve had many different personal trainers through the years be it in college, from corporate gyms, private gyms, sports focused, group fitness, and just independently hired. Tia stands out and I am so grateful that I was able to find FitPro. For the quick and dirty, when I first met her my goals were to lose weight and to find consistency: • Regular check ins and realistic diet recommendations. She doesn’t shame you in messing up, but has direct convo about why and attacks that • Educates on fuel depending on your goal with your workouts • Extreme detail to form and practice. She explains why you should do a move a certain way, or even when you can be a bit ‘messy’ with some and also references science and research in her decisions • Quickly adapts workouts because of goal changes, travel, injuries, or even boredom • Stays goal oriented and checks in that you both are on the same page • Diverse programming-running, lifting, lifting heavy, body building, biking, swimming, soccer, hiking, heat training, and on and on Tia listens and helps you thread out what your goals are and what’s standing in the way and encourages you through them. I started out wanting to stay consistent and lose weight, now a year later I’m lifting heavier than I was in college and appreciating my fitness more as a lifestyle and for fun, where before I was so stuck on numbers. I’m excited to have gone through starting out building a foundation, switched to a lifting heavy program, and now deciding to pivot to more of a running program. Tia stands out in that she listens and keeps you focused on goals all while enjoying yourself. There’s a grind, but it also needs to be fun. For example, I was starting to slow in motivation, and she checked in and was curious if I was getting bored, and then updated my program that day. When I would travel, she’d help devise a plan to stay on track with my goals, and how to adapt my workouts with whatever I had access to. She really knows how to incorporate health and fitness while living your life. I’m excited to keep training with Tia, highly recommend.
My initial goal in working with Tia was to lose weight and make fitness a part of my life. As pursuing fitness goals in the past has always been a fleeting interest (e.g. buy the things for the sport, do the sport, then stop after a few weeks or months, be stagnant for 3-9 months, repeat), I decided to elicit support. Tia has not only helped me to stay committed at times when I otherwise would have DEFINITELY stopped, she has inspired me to be genuinely interested in my body and in fitness. This is no small feat. For the first time ever, I can envision continuing on in fitness: I miss the gym when I'm not there, I want to keep building muscle so I can eat MORE FOOD, and I'm eager to keep discovering and tackling my own physical/mental/emotional blocks. Tia is extremely gifted in tailoring her approach to my personal experience (or lack of) in athletics, strengths in the world, and way of thinking. She's knowledgeable, explains things in a multi-faceted way, and has a good personality (as in enjoyable enough to spend hours with every week-- not annoying or mean). She's forthcoming about her own athletic and life experiences. It's humbling that she too is still learning and growing in fitness! I cannot recommend her highly enough--I'm so glad I found FitPro!
Tia is so much more than a trainer. She knows what to manipulate for you to hit your goals through strength, cardio, and nutrition. This means you will likely need to eat more and lift heavier to see results from my experience with her. Her style is more no nonsense and old school but you will see the results and she doesn't sugar coat things to give realistic expectations. She is an Ironman athlete herself. She brings her own experience training to the table along side coaching thousands of others at a high level. This sort of knowledge is next level and unlike any other trainer I've had. She is a solid human and pushes your mindset to change which has been in addition to challenging workouts. The mindset changes have been the core differentiator that has changed me long term unlike other programs I've done in the past and that what keeps me coming back to her session after session. She provides so much advice with substantial supporting evidence to make real changes. I work full time and have young kids and she can accommodate me remotely to make it all possible. I appreciate her more than I could put into words and value all she brings to the table to be my happiest and best self. Can't recommend her enough!!!!

Furthermore, Tia’s generosity of reviewing up to 3 technique video’s per week was key and likely reduces a lot of injuries for the athlete moving forward. Lastly, the FB group was great for accountability and support. Highly recommend joining a future challenge! Tia is a wealth of knowledge and knows how to get you moving towards your fitness goals!
Tia sets the bar high for a fitness professional. I have participated in two of her 30 day challenges, which were different as far as programming, but truly life changing. I have transformed both mentally and physically through her dedicated approach to designing workouts that are progressively challenging, unique and dynamic. Tia has a punchy, tell it like it is, no b.s. style which keeps you accountable and committed. She goes above (way above) the call of duty to provide support with nutrition and creating a synergy and community type feel to her group challenges (truly difficult as people join from all over the country). Join one of her challenges...you will come out of it stronger in more than one way.
Just completed my second 30 Day Challenge with Tia and, one thing is for sure, she never disappoints. This is all remote and she has challengers from all over the place!! I'm from Columbus, OH myself. The workouts can be completed at any fitness level but you always want to push yourself to get to that next level for the sake of competing with the other challengers. I've also worked with Tia to help develop a lifting program for the Hilliard Bradley Track and Field team and we have seen amazing gains!! I look forward to continuing to work with Tia in the future!!
I met Tia almost 2 years ago when I was at my wits end trying to lose weight. I met with her several times. She's genuine and really cares about her clients. I felt like she took the time to get to know ME and didn't just throw information at me. Tia also "practices what she preaches." She has a trainer and works towards goals such as Ironman Races. She's passionate about fitness and it shows with everything she does. Plus, she's also a rad human. I'm thankful for my time with her and I'd recommend her to others looking to improve their fitness.
I have been an athlete all my life, playing soccer at a collegiate level and competing in Triathlons for the past 9 years. Working with Tia has been life changing. Having been in the fitness industry, and being an exercise science professor, I am SUPER critical of “professionals” in this industry who don’t know a thing. Over 2 years ago I started my search for a personal training company that could live up to my demands. FitPro, LLC accomplished that and exceeded it in so many ways. Tia is amazing at what she does, I came in with little knowledge of weightlifting and now know how to properly weight-lift, cut and bulk as needed. I don't plan on leaving anytime soon as there is always something to learn!
I absolutely love FitPro, LLC! The programs that Tia and FitPro put together are challenging and designed to build strength and muscle endurance. I love that beginners through pros can do these workouts, as Tia and the trainers provide such quality modifications and techniques. I just finished FitPro’s annual 20 mile “Rim to River” hike in the Grand Canyon. Tia is so knowledgable and had everything laid out making it easy to get prepared…training, nutrition, hydration, everything. She leaves no stone unturned. The day of the hike was challenging yet incredibly enjoyable. Tia was an amazing host and leader, and it was an experience I’ll never forget!
I just did my first 30 day challenge with FitPro and it was so much fun! It was structured well enough to challenge every fitness level, with or without a gym. FitPro offers an incredible 30 day program. I felt supported and challenged through out the 30 days. I needed modifiers for when I travel, done! I needed feedback, Trainor Tia was there. I shaved 6 minutes from my 5K run because of the weekly accountability and challenges. If you follow the program, you will see and feel the results.
Tia and FitPro LLC's programs are tough, unique, and will get you to where you want to be (if you put in the work), which is why I'm using her programs to get to where I want to be for my wedding. As someone who was always cardio focused, the lifting has significantly changed my physique for the better, without getting bigger!
I always love Tia’s 30DC and any of her programs really. I started her programs 3 years ago I think and I ended this program with 17 REAL pull-ups. But mostly I FEEL better, have a routine, something and someone else to hold me accountable and I’m finally starting to feel more like myself again. And I owe all this to TIA!

I loved the 30 Day Challenge. It was well-organized, with good explanations, and plenty of coaching along the way. It was definitely tough, but there were different levels of achievement to strive for and also we were placed in ability groups for competition, so we could all go for it. I made great gains!
Tia is awesome! I've done 3 of FitPro's 30 day challenges now and have improved both in strength and physique. Tia is a great trainer and has taught me technique and routines that are easy to apply in my own workout routine. She is no nonsense and you will work hard but it will be well worth it!
I started lifting consistently about 2 years ago. My gym closed in March and was searching for a person/group to challenge me to lift more an heavier. Tia help me build confidence in my form and strength. The group challenge was so supportive yet encouraged me to push harder. Great experience.

I recently participated in the Fit Pro 20 day challenge and it was great! It was highly encouraging. You do what you can do, but there is a lot of motivation to complete the workouts, eat healthier and encourage other participants. I have never felt stronger or healthier!
Tia Norris is buy far the best personal trainer around. I’ve used her for a few years and have gained a huge amount of knowledge along with gaining strength and endurance in most of my lifts. She is no bs trainer. Highly recommend fitprollc if your new or experienced.
