Fitstop Jindalee is what I have been searching for. the trainers and owners of Fitsop Jindalee are available at all times to teach the correct techniques for safe lifting, they encourage me to complete my reps through though sets and are willing to support individual goals. They offer a variety of class times, with bookings completed via an app. Don't be put off by the fast pace as the trainers will modify movements for injuries or fitness levels. All equipment is of a high standard with the gym itself modern, air-coned and spacious. Stop looking for a better gym.

I have been a member of Jindalee Fitstop, since the start and it is honestly more than a gym for me! I have made heaps of friends and always feel a warm welcome every time I attend! It’s honesty changed my lifestyle for the better! All the staff are so nice and fun Ash is so knowledgeable. My favourite coach is kourtnee she is such a positive vibe and really makes working out fun! But is able to push me to achieve my goals! To all thinking to join just do it!!!

If you’re looking for a gym that has everything organised for you the minute you walk in, then Fitstop Jindalee is going to be your new favourite place. The trainers there, Ash, Kourtnee and Alec are extremely knowledgeable and professional. Even after being underwater due to the floods, the atmosphere and positive energy here is second to none. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to increase their fitness or even starting their fitness journey.

I joined Fitstop in July this year and I have been blown away by the results. I initially joined to find a more social training environment and to change up my training style. I have been really active in the past and a member of other gyms previously but Fitstop Jindalee has by far and away given me the best results and experience of any gym I've ever joined. Great gym, great trainers and fantastic atmosphere. I look forward to every session and always walk out smiling (maybe not after the ‘Fit’ sessions though ) I’ve seen massive results in my fitness levels already, and can’t wait to see the results continue. Lovely new Gym in our area. Great trainers. They make you feel welcome and work as hard as you can, no matter your skill level. Every time I think I am about to die after a high impact cardio session I realise I survived! Worthwhile to try it out with a friend. They have a free week to see if you like it before you sign up.

Fitstop Jindalee is great! I have not regretted joining. The trainers are very supportive and the sessions are challenging without being overwhelming. There are a good selection of sessions times and booking is very easy with the app. Highly recommend.
