I purchased online last year and this year from Five Senses the school books, the order processing and delivery was so slow. This years order was on Jan 25th, the status changed to "complete" on Feb 9th while it's not dispatched till today (Feb 15th). These books are needed for the school, and I have no clue when will be delivered.

Wonderful specialty bookshop with very knowledgeable staff - when you phone they pick up the call (!!!), know their stuff/ stock and are very helpful. They also stock a lovely selection of toys and gifts. I love supporting local business, and Five Senses makes it a pleasure to do just that.

A very large variety of books, especially textbooks (student, workbook, teacher book) from Maths to foreign languages. But you can also find games, puzzles, fiction books and even tutoring or selective exams material! You can go into the shop or order online from the comfort of your home.

12 days waiting. stock not delivered to the Hunter Valley which is 2 hours from Sydney. Rang and spoke to Simraan who admitted the order was not even dispatched yet and could not even give me a Delivery Date. Use another company, these guys are rubbish.

Professional service with comprehensive educational resources. The staff at North Rocks really took the time to help and guide me and my daughter through the HSC content, and are very knowledgeable with all the various text books and resources.

I’ve been shopping here for close to 20 years and we also have accessed the tutoring services for our daughter in primary school. Great value for money and the books and other resources are just terrific.

Worst ever customer service One of the lady who was serving started with a smile which was good when we chose what we wanted to purchase and when we to the register my son being so young

There is a wide range of quality products, but I found the last few times I have called or been in to acquire something the staff have been quite short, borderlining on rude.
