Well seeing that was one of the first companies of its kind i started at many years ago and I have no information on what happened to the workers who were available before being rebuild when I was not available its confusing on whats taking place after shutdowns but the service there was not a huge problem but the machine issues in the past along with employee cuts backs left gabs in where that caused errors in betting which also leads to you losing more income being push into a left behind position but improves could mean more for people moving froward in doing business there.

The Table are old. The chips are faded. The Ambiance is 3rd world country, no joke. The slots are what Hard Rock throws away to make Space for the New ones. There are no Game of Thrones or Walking Dead Machines. Black Jack is digital. Amd the food is Horrible.The Casino spends no Money in renovation Whatsoever. Only redeeming quality is that it's better than Hialeah race track. But. The Dog races are fun amd they are fast as hell.

Ya este lugar no existe con este nombre. Ahora es Magic City Casino. No juego. Pero se quejan que las maquinas no dan nada. La musica en vivo todos los Viernes y Sabado es estupenda. Debieran hacerla afuera. Es difícil bailar sobre alfombra. Buena seguridad. Buen publico. Y no permiten tirar fotos. Pero no hay letreros que lo prohiba.

It was practically empty on the Greyhound racing side when we went, but we had a good time and had good service from the wait staff in the clubhouse. The Philly Cheesesteak and the Hamburger were both good and the Tea is VERY good. Seriously unexpected was just how good the sweet tea is.

This place is Extra Ultra..so many wins.its nice to see all the faces from the bookie line in the pay out line. If I had spent anymore time there I would of just relocated and claimed it my new career. If the rented cots I'd of skipped the resort hotel all together...LMFAO!!

The poker room is beyond horrible. Ileana is the worst manager. I don’t understand how someone that has little to no knowledge of customer service is still there. Dealers looks miserable working there. The ambiance feels negative.

Place is nice. If you're going to pass awhile and try your luck, its good. unless you take and place dollar bills of 10,20,50,100 to gamble that's your only chance. Otherwise your just putting your money with no return.

Came here for the casino, magic city. Dog track was not open. Was only 10min taxi ride from downtown Miami. Waiting to get on cruise. Casino games are plentiful.
