An easy and enjoyable experience Rod sold our house at auction recently. From the moment we started communicating with him he was approachable, knowledgeable, friendly and informative. As first time sellers, we didn’t know what to expect and Rod and Nicole helped to answer all our questions and inform us about the interest in the house. Going into auction was a great decision. Reilly was very pleasant and positive to deal with and had a positive opinion of our house. Would have liked a higher price but we were getting negative feedback about some aspects of the house. We took the offer based on the uncertainty of the property market at the moment but we could have held on for more money if we hadn’t had to delay the open for inspections for two to three weeks at the start of the launch due to sickness. This set us back and made it look like we couldn’t sell our home as it wasn’t available for open for inspections from the date of the launch in mid January until early February. This wasn’t anyone’s fault but it just put a bit of a delay on the whole thing. We probably would have sold at a better price in January rather than March.

Kaining͏ is experienced and knows the process Kaining has been in the real estate business for years, we went with another REA the last time we sold, but not this time! She is excellent. We live interstate and she kept us informed at all times. She only employed the best trades people to do repairs and cleaning, and house staging - all at excellent prices. Lastly, she negotiated an excellent price (despite the increased mortgage interest rates). Please Note: Don't be put off because her family heritage is from China, she understands the Melbourne market and Australians, and can also (as an added bonus) work well with sellers and buyers from China and Asia. She sold our property to local Aussies. We would use Kaining again and definitely recommend her.

Kaining had just sold a house a short distance away and not being one to rest on her laurels she came knocking on our door. As it happened we were speaking with 3 or 4 other agents already but her presentation along with Reilly Wakefield sealed the deal. Acting on their advice we steamed ahead with an auction penned for the 29th but then Covid struck and a lockdown announced for midnight on the 27th. With a possible auction by video - not desirable - the 2 of them launched negotiations between the interested parties and at 6.00 on the 27th the the deal was cut. I had the worst experience from this real estate agency. I put an offer for a property, increased the the offer to a substantial amount and the agents don't even have a courtesy to let me know when my offer is not accepted. After a week, I came to know the property is sold from website. Most of the agents don't even respond to messages or calls though.
