I was very unhappy with the unprofessional service and the poor quality & extremely small size of the rose that Heather attempted to hand me as a button-hole for a school formal. I had previously purchased button-holes from the former owner Lesley, for $10.50 and they were always beautiful, high-quality products. I had paid the new owner, Heather, $15 for this button-hole. When I expressed my dismay to Heather (who acquired the business from Lesley one year ago) and told her I would be embarrassed to hand that over to my daughters formal partner, she told me there was nothing she could do about it, as they were the only flowers she received. When I pointed out some other white roses behind her, she told me they were ear-marked for a funeral. Heather’s decision was to manage this issue by handing me back the $15 and refusing to hand over the button-hole. Luckily for me, the mother of my daughters formal partner told me she was a florist and could easily rectify the situation. Clearly Heather has no idea how to run a business and I have no doubt this business will spiral down and fail. I certainly won’t be returning. #bringbackLesley

Called from UK to place an order at VERY short notice. The young lady I spoke to was very pleasant. She did give me her name but at the time I was very distressed and panicky, so can't recall it. I was trying to arrange a floral tribute for my sister's funeral which was taking place only four hours hence from my call. The announcement was only placed in Australian press the day before and I thought time difference and distance would have made it impossible to arrange something. However a friend in Australia did some 'digging' for me and sent me contact details for the shop. The staff member, (I do hope someone can locate her!) was very patient,understanding and kind. It can't have been easy for her as I have a broad Yorkshire accent. I spoke to my cousin in Durham, (another strong accent) and she subsequently rang the same shop and the same young lady. I cannot praise her enough for the service she gave and she assured me the flowers would arrive in time. I have friends in Australia so I will pass all this to them and definitely use this shop again. THANKYOU

I ordered a flower arrangement from Fleur De Passion and is very happy with the service provided. I had to call Heather a few times with some changes and she was very understanding. The delivery is also on time and can choose specific delivery time (unlike some of the other online florist that only allow you to choose the date only..). The actual flower arrangement is better than what you see on their website. I will definitely recommend and use their service again for next time. Thanks for your help Heather!

Heather is such a wonderfully talented florist and goes above and beyond and ordered in specific flowers which are my Mothers favourites. I have been buying flowers online through fleur de passion, every year for my sons teachers. Some have cried and some show photos, showing us how amazing the flowers were! My husband used to buy me flowers from here and I remember how beatutiful they were.. especially the native flowers. Thank you fleur de passion.

I ordered flowers which were paid for and never arrived - after ordering 5 days earlier! I called and the phone constantly rang out and I also emailed with no response. Thankfully another florist in the area was able to deliver straight away. Very disappointing and would not recommend this florist at all

Only a handful of flower arrangements in store, most were decorated plants. Nothing like the website presented. Expensive, but solves a purpose if in a rush.
