If I could i would give 0 stars. We had rachael Hackney as our 'agent' and we should have just booked it ourselves.our local flight center closest down due to covid but we wanted to try to keep the booking with flight center. She was hard to contact, most emails not being answered for days/weeks and met with reply of her being away or super busy. Which I understand but if you can't provide help you shouldnt offer it. We could have taken our business elsewhere. Our flights got changed which we understand happened but we had to chase that up and she didn't even tell us until I sent multiple messages to her. Which then lead to the transfers she booked not being there for us even when I emailed her confirming she changed them but obviously didn't. The resort/spa was ment to be amazing but they had been badly affected by covid closing down there spa, bar and coffee shop. She booked one day too long in the resort so we had to pay an extra night which wasn't used, even though our leaving date never changed. Yes we should have checked but being that she is a "professional" we thought she could have done that right. Which her response was that it's our fault. Then had a 14hr stop over on the way home due to the flight change which once again we tried to message her about options on what we can do and didn't get a reply. Would not recommend!!!!!!!

One word, useless. Went in late December to get a quote for a holiday. A day later we requested by phone a change but still simple quote and were told by the agent that they would be away until mid week the following week but we would hopefully hear back prior to that. After not receiving any further communication, we went back into the store and saw a different lady. This lady reiterated that our initial agent was away until mid that week but said she would email her and she may get back to us, or she may give it to someone else to handle (?!). After not hearing from them by mid week and it being clear that no one else wanted to help us, we left a message on original agent’s mobile and sent an email requesting update. We then received an automated “Out of Office” reply stating agent was away now until end of the week. We were told mid week. Twice. Tried calling the main office number and after being on hold for ages, was told they were unable to take my call and I was unable to leave a message. Come end of week, received no email from original agent, the second agent or anyone else in the office. Went to different agent yesterday and got the whole enquiry booked in less than 40 minutes. Useless. Would not recommend.

Jillian S. could have offered better service. It took her 4 months to sort out a flight ticket for our baby. She told us the bassinet seats go to the youngest babies on the flight, and we couldn’t reserve the seats. Our surprise cannot be overstated when we checked in and we were told all the bassinet seats had been booked and we should have booked in advance, why hadn’t we mentioned it to our flight agent? Well we absolutely had. 24 hours in planes with a baby on our laps. She didn’t tell us about the Visa regulations, although we realise the ultimate responsibility is up to us, and called us only four days before our flight to inform us we’d need visas. Luckily we pushed them through. She said the airline should have notified us. Finally, we arrived at the airport to another surprise, a five hour delay. We were told we should have been notified by the airline. So twice the airline should have notified us and didn’t, leads me to believe she did not pass on our contact details properly. The reason we went to a flight agent was to make sure it all went smoothly. It was the opposite. Jillian is nice, but the service she provided us was terrible. We won’t be going with Flight Centre again.

My partner and I booked a 6 week trip travelling around Europe through Flight Centre Narellan. We purchased their additional peace of mind ‘Captains Package – Captains Plus’ cover. As part of this cover, if your checked-in luggage is lost by the airline and not found after 96 hours, you get cashback guaranteed provided that you report the missing bag to the airline and within 24 hours report the missing bag to a third party either by calling, emailing or lodging a ticket on their website. This is specified within the terms and conditions of the agreement. With the Captain’s Plus cover, you (are supposed to) get $1000 back per bag. Needless to say, 4 days into our 6 week trip our bags went missing for over 96 hours, we followed the exact requirements of the terms and conditions, emailed flight centre and the third party within 24 hours with the missing baggage report from the airline and we still haven’t been paid a cent and have heard nothing. We didn't get our bags back until 10 weeks later. We were left with nothing and have had no help from them. The Captains Package cover is a scam.

I dealt with Emily Stack she booked us holiday to USA. She was unprofessional and didn’t know most of the things always was asking around and being unsure. During the booking time i would sent her email so she would have everything Ready by the time we came. So our appointment would run smoothly and be only little time, but no she would do everything when we arrive there, so we would be there 4 plus hours. She booked 7 people into one bedroom with barely a bathroom. It was so small and horrible, she as a agent should know. The hotel was gross and small and does not fit 7 people. I have contacted her several times after we came back in September and she never responded or answered my emails or calls. I was given her the chance to respond since September, not once has she tried to call me or email me back, very bad customer service I would never recommend her for booking your travel needs very disappointed

Rachael Hackney at Flight Centre Narellan made planning our recent holiday in Europe hassle free. I had a rough idea of where I wanted to go and how long I wanted to spend overseas but I was having trouble coordinating things. Rachael took my outline of potential flights with long wait times between flights and on airlines I‘d never heard of before and within fifteen minutes had me flying with Qantas and Emirates (baggage included) and at a cost hundreds of dollars cheaper than my best internet find. Stopovers, accommodation and day tours were also organised very efficiently. Rachael is an experienced travel agent so you feel confident in following any suggestions she makes. Hotels suggested we’re comfortable and close to transport and travelling by Eurostar rather than flying was a great way to get from London to Amsterdam. It’s worth the drive to Narellan to get Rachael to arrange your next holiday.

Debbie always takes the time to find out what our holiday destination wants and requirements are, and makes suitable recommendations on what will meet our needs and give us the best experience for our dollar spent. Debbie has always been very helpful before, during and after purchasing a holiday and she makes sure everything is explained, understood and in place for us prior to our departure. Debbie has always gone over and above our expectations of what a Travel Agent should do for their clients. I do not hesitate in recommending Debbie, and, Flight Centre to all out family and friends. We're extremely satisfied with Flight Centre Narellan's service. Their Team Leader, Nicola Bell, has been very helpful and patient with us. She went above and beyond organising the Disneyland Trip that we've won from Oran Park Podium's 5th year anniversary raffle back in 2019. She's arranged everything but then.... COVID hit! She has been very understanding and accommodating to our request of rebooking everything (a few times actually due to multiple covid waves and constant change in restrictions). She's gave us all the possible options down to the very small detail. And last month we were finally able to go! YAY! We really appreciate Nicola's patience, expert advices and professionalism. We booked our recent family holiday to Japan through Britney at Flight Centre. From our first contact the experience was outstanding.
