I discovered Floral Fixx Design Studio almost twenty years ago. I have always found the staff to be knowledgeable, courteous, and--for someone like me who is not terribly familiar with flowers and plants--to be able to provide helpful recommendations. I go there expecting a positive experience and leave with a gratifying purchase. As a result the Floral Fixx is the only flower shop I have used in almost 20 years. On my most recent visit owner Julie Myers assisted me with a bouquet for my 10th anniversary which my wife loved (and earned me lots of bonus points!). This is a tribute to Julie's talent as all she had to work with was my descriptor, 'colours'. I will continue to use Floral Fixx exclusively. P.S. I also recommend trying the chocolates! M. Belanger

Amazing to work with! You get a free consultation to go over what you're wanting where they bring out all sorts of different flowers to handle and look at in person. It gave me a better idea of what the flowers would look like rather than just naming each flower and having to picture it yourself. I got to work with Anna and she made the consultation so fun and absolutely understood my vision and made it come to life!! They made us coffees and sat with us in their cute little shop. Such a fun experience!! They do AMAZING work and it's also affordable compared to any other quote I got. I would never go anywhere else for flowers. I am so pleased with the entire experience, as well as the final product!! <3

We were recommended Floral Fixx by our wedding venue. We trusted their recommendation, and didn’t even look at alternatives. After some challenges getting an appointment, we arrived at our scheduled time for 11am today. Two appointments were in progress, with no sign of wrapping up. We were greeted, and told that someone would be with us when their appointment was done. After 20 minutes standing in the shop, trying to keep our kids from touching things, we called it. What’s the point of an appointment if the time won’t be honoured? If you’re running behind, tell us, and ask us if we can return later. This situation could have been easily handled. Instead, we’ll be taking our floral budget elsewhere.

My family ordered flowers from Floral Fixx for my grandmother's funeral, and the customer service was impeccable. We put in our order super last minute and the staff was super understanding and created a beautiful arrangement with the limited stock they had. I would recommend this shop for anyone who is looking for a floral shop to take over and do what they know best: create beautiful floral arrangements. They also delivered the flowers right on time and sent a confirmation email saying the flowers were delivered. It was such a weight lifted off my family's shoulders during a stressful time. I can't get over how friendly and kind the staff was, and I cannot recommend this shop enough!!

I was referred to The Floral Fixx from a Winnipeg resident with a good eye for design. I was arranging centerpieces and a focal point arrangement for a corporate event. My email was answered with suggested designs including sample images - which were on the mark. The following quote and booking was friendly and seamless. More importantly: the flower arrangements were marvelous - creative, natural, fresh and stunning. They astonished most people attending the event and impressed the host. The team were very accommodating, even making special arrangements for a rental return. Unquestionably, one of the best floral experiences I have had. Highly recommended.

Probably more of a 3 1/2 stars I ordered a few items for my mom’s funeral that was out of town/a 3 hour drive…the store did not open early to pick up our arrangements/they weren’t ready as previously discussed/and 1 bouquet was disappointingly small for the price charged It put us 25 minutes behind schedule and was disappointing that those details were missed . However, the casket spray was beautiful and selection of flowers was amazing. I think if there was more attention to those details i would have given them a 5/5 !! In the future, I suggest meeting the day before to look over bouquets to make sure they are meeting your vision & expectations

I few weeks ago I entered the shop for the first time. I was surprised how large it was inside and how much stuff they had. Very Impressive. I was looking for some eucalyptus leaves on stem as I was feeling nostalgic. This was the 3rd florist shop I had gone to. The lady who served me was so pleasant and helpful. Definitely a place I want to go back to. Last week, I chatted with a friend who was going through a lot of life transitions and decided to sent her some flowers. I ordered an arrangement on-line with Floral Fixx and it was exactly as seen -- so beautiful. I would highly recommend this place - it has a lot of class.

I had order flowers for my beautiful daughter just because I love her. Floral FIXX did an express delivery in under an hour, as they we’re going to get office. To my disappointment no one at the office answered. When my daughter was finished her meeting she texted me, I called the delivery lady..... she was still in area!!! To my delight my daughter got her arrangement. Fabulous company to deal with , there work is amazing. Not my fur time using this florist, they did my wedding flowers that we’re perfect! Not only are their flowers SO GORGEOUS, the customer service/client experience that The Floral Fixx provides is phenomenal! My partner and I planned an elopement during the COVID pandemic when restrictions were constantly changing and had lots of questions about flowers that The Floral Fixx was super quick to respond to and help me figure out the best option for my scenario. I shared a couple ideas/inspiration with them for the bouquet and boutonnière I ordered, and the end results far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend The Floral Fixx if you're looking for a florist!

After my gf recommended me this place, I came into floral fixx out of my element like a lost fawn in search of a gift for my mother. I was kindly offered assistance by various employees at the shop. Almost every item in the store is aesthetically pleasing and looks like my gf’s room (I think that’s why she sent me here). The store itself had many great gifts ideas, some at a really great value. The lady packaged my gift very nicely at no extra cost, which I did not expect. my mother loved her turtle vase fittonia plant. 5/5 definitely coming again after I make a VSCO account.

This store is just lovely. The customer service is impeccable, and they handle everything professionally, from the largest wedding, to the smallest request. I was especially touched when they were able to fulfill an acquaintance's request for a certain unusual flower at very short notice, for a grandparent's funeral. This is a local shop well worth giving your business. Edit: I returned 3 years later to their new location, and got personable, caring customer service again and a beautiful bouquet that made the Birthday Girl very happy! Consistently great!

Rented floral stands and returned them in good condition, with no concerns from the employee when she received. Four days after the event we were emailed a picture showing one stand was damaged (the metal was literally sheared off) and threatened with an additional charge to our credit card. The owner called and stated that it doesn’t matter how long after the event they notice damage (what audacity). So, my suggestion is to be aware when renting from Floral Fixx. If something is damaged in house after it’s returned, you will be arbitrarily charged.

I called and spoke to Nicole and they were extremely kind. They considered my budget and were able to get my order together for me to pick up in 30 minutes. I wasn't sure what I wanted exactly, however they asked the right questions to get a better understanding of what I was looking for. The designer was able to fulfill every request I had into one cohesive, beautiful arrangement. I so appreciate the efficiency, the customer service and the product. I will definitely be shopping here again!

Ordered flowers for delivery. Floral Fixx driver was rude and it was a total mess trying to figure out the timing of drop off etc. I thought it would be like Callia flowers where they package the flowers in such a way that you can leave them at doorstep for a short time. It was only 0 degrees that day, also (which I took into consideration). They did give me a refund so I was happy with that. I should have just picked them up and avoided delivery fee and headache.

Nice place. Lots of wonderful stuff they're selling here. People are also great and friendly. Will do another review after they do my wedding. I'm sure they'll be awesome as always. Had a wonderful experience with Floral Fixx! They did the flowers for the tables at my wedding and also provided the bouquets for the bride and bridesmaids and the boutonnières for the groom and groomsmen. The bouquets were stunning. Julie did a great job on the flowers for my wedding. She really listened and tried to work within our budget. We were able to get much nicer flowers, with roses and orchids, for far less than I expected. My cousin bought her wedding flowers there as well, and they were also beautiful. My bouquet didn't start to wilt or look droopy for several days, even the orchids that had no stem or leaves.

Very helpful and great customer service! Ceilidh was amazing to work with. She arranged to have flowers sent to a funeral out of province. The arrangement was simply stunning and exceeded our expectations! She also kept in touch to let me know when the order had been placed. Always pleased with any purchase I have made for myself in the past, but was exceptionally happy with this experience.

I picked this florist as it was close to my place of work but was very pleased with my overall experience at this shop. The store is clean and jam packed full of floral creativity as well as other gift ideas like sweets and jewellery. I was greeted promptly and had several offers of help from the courteous staff although my visit was relatively brief.

Wow!!! Had flowers delivered to my wife at work, they were a perfect arrangement of flowers for my wife's taste (yup, she cried). And what I'm most impressed with is that they were delivered on september 6th and today is september 30th (24 days) and 3/4 of the flowers are still alive and full color.

I've gotten flower arrangements from them (walk-ins) several times and the florists who work there are not only incredibly professional and friendly , but they always have made beautiful arrangements for me and worked well within my budget. Definitely my go to place for getting flowers!

So loud inside of the store it's hard to hear who you're talking to and one of the girls driving the truck was too busy on her eating a donut and talking to her co worker in the passenger seat to notice me in the parking lot and almost hit me.
