We ordered custom patio furniture back in July and was told mid October would be ready. Paid 50% down and as it got close we would call them just to be told delayed again and again. Every 2 weeks they would say 2 more weeks. Furniture final came mid December. In there defense they agreed to deliver for free because of the delay.

Excellent service from both Kim and Victoria! They helped us customize pieces from the Ebel all weather wicker set to specifically fit our space, with custom cushion fabric from Sunbrella fabric! In LOVE with these pieces - the quality is truly unmatchable!! Delivery was quick and easy! 100% recommended. Thanks ladies!!!

This is a great place for patio furniture. When you arrive, you are greeted by Victoria. She is very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. Their furniture is powder coated aluminum structure-not steel. No rust! They have over 400 fabric choices-simply mind boggling. Great selection.

No one waited on us. A woman was on the phone with a Customer, and totally ignored us. We were very well dressed; which should not matter! My husband loves going shopping looking poverty stricken, the more expensive something is, the worse he looks! She was rude! We left without looking!

Bella took great care of us, and she was amazingly friendly, and very prompt answering all of our questions. We first bought 2 pool chairs, and loved them and her service. We then bought a complete outside set of furniture. I highly recommend them.

***UPDATE 10-14-20: Was contacted by FBY after my review asking for someone to contact me after COVID. They ask for photos of the cracks and fading and then replaced my chairs without hesitation. I had new chairs delivered in about 90 days.
