For example I was watching " I'm a Celebrity" where the celebrities received gifts from their families. One of the celebrities received a bouquet of flowers. Yes in the humid jungle island setting wearing t-shirt and shorts uniforms she received a bouquet of flowers. Why? It is the one thing that can lead to joy, happiness and appreciation. When we buy flowers it isn't quiet so obvious that it is a selfish gift. How so? Well the environment, the atmosphere and yes even the tenor of a household becomes immediately lighter, happier and more beautiful. A make over for any room could be made in one strategic move. Buy flowers for yourself or give them as a gift. Then there are occasions that require a mandatory response of flowers which say so much when our words fail us. Flowers are a gesture from the heart to express our feelings and often times speak for us. Do you realise the important place flowers have in our relationships and the quality if our lives? It is a big responsibility florists don't take lightly. I imagine florist could also recommend the right type of vase to match the bouquet in question. Almost like choosing the right glass for the right beer. Ask at a Dutch pub they'll tell you all about it. Press like.....

I think the location of this florist is superb. The shop looks beautiful, staff are friendly and very helpful. I bought a Valentine’s Day bunch for $135 and I have to say they looked really nice on the day of collection. Sad to say though that I feel the quality of the roses is sub par. I feel they may be an imported and not Australian supplied rose. Either that or they are inferior in quality or the way they have been treated / handled. Of course they did the job on the day, but I found the cheaper woolies bought bunches are still looking superb so I suggest people don’t spend big money in these types of florists, go to your local store and buy a few cheaper bunches, mix them up and you’ll have something way way better. Lesson learned. 1 star for the staff and 1 for the ease of purchase = 2 stars. Hope this store can learn from this and grow. No pun intended. 31/03 update / edit: I may call but not sure how you would be able to help me since the transaction has now past.

I went in to get some flowers. The main bouquets were damaged and I asked if they could arrange something with the purples, and pinks. I returned as I was asked to come back and was shown this small arrangement of flowers wrapped up. I am mad at myself for not speaking up in store or walk out but I felt quite embarrassed as I didn't want to make a scene (others were also waiting). I then realised after tapping it was in fact $80. This is not what an $80 bunch of flowers is meant to look like. I thought I'd try supporting a local business after having a similar issue years ago. Never again. Clearly they take advantage of people and over price their flowers which are damaged. I would of probably been okay with this being $50-60 but no sorry $80 for what I was given is not okay. They wrapped it several times to make it look big and added a lot of greenery.

I had a very disappointing experience with my purchase today. The product that I received was mediocre at best, but that wasn’t where the problem was. The service was appalling compared to my previous visit years ago. The shop staff was rude and unprofessional. I was greeted in a disgusting manner. I understand that we are amidst COVID but to be treated like I was a carrier the moment I entered the shop, the shopkeeper might as well just close the place. When I have finally selected the flowers and wanted to show my friends by taking a quick snap. The lady behind the counter grunted at me and said that it was rude to take a photo??? What? Horrific customer service. I will not buy from this shop again.

A regular customer for years and recently had birthday flowers delivered and was very disappointed as the order was not met. An order had been placed over the phone to match a beautiful online bouquet and to our surprise a very different bouquet was delivered. We contacted florist with flowers and apparently due to Mother’s Day they had a limited stock (understandable) and instead the bouquet was changed to a ‘florists pick’ but we were not directly informed. Very poor customer service as we spoke directly to the manager informing about our disappointing experience and all she could offer was a refund if the flowers were brought back, these were for a birthday so of course we couldn’t do that!!!

My family and I have been using Florist with Flowers for many years. They always have the most beautiful flowers available, and go to great lengths to put together personalised bouquets. Recently, we asked them to provide flowers for my birthday party and they provided a stunning arrangement of red roses- it was beautiful! Their flowers are fresh too, as we have noticed they keep well and last for long periods of time- the roses for my party lasted 3 weeks!! Really great, talented people who are always so friendly and helpful.

I've been buying flowers from here for years. Great shop access, easy location to get in and out of in the way of parking. The flowers are never far off perfect, there's always an abundance in he way of selection. Staff are always happy to help you out in anyway that they can. Several times that I've ordered I've always been looked after. I just feel like they go that little bit extra for the customer. Several times I've recommended them to people and would do so without hesitation time and time again.

I needed flowers asap and I quickly called the shop ( as it was only open for click and collect) and the lady was so kind and professional she arranged the bouquet really quickly and to my preference. The flowers are absolutely gorgeous and I was impressed how big the bouquet was for the price! You guys are amazing! Very happy customer looking forward to future purchases.

We have been using Florist with flowers for many years. Recently we ordered 2 large arrangements for my dad's funeral. The team was thorough, discussed colour schemes and specific flowers we wanted. The arrangement was beautifully done, very happy as always. Delivery was done well ahead of time on the day of the funeral. Our friend ordered the 3rd arrangement seen in the pic, they are just as beautiful. Would recommend this florist to everyone :)

Been purchasing from Florist with Flowers for over 6 years and the service has always been consistently fantastic, as the flowers are fresh!! The staff are always upbeat and passionate, always go that extra mile. Recently I took my 91 year old father to them as he asked me where he should buy flowers for my mum. Totally ruined my Valentine's Day. Ordered it weeks ago but ended up with some dries roses and leafs around were just like they picked them up from rubbish bin. I don't understand how can they give customer this kind of quality flowers in such important date. My gf was so disappointed. Ordered a Corsage and Button Up for me and my girlfriend for formal and they were beautiful. Better than what I was expecting. Ordered it two days prior and it was ready for me at my pick up time zero waiting at all. Quality of flowers were top of the range. It’s been about two weeks since and my button is still looking fresh! (Placed it in a cup of water). Amazing service and quality definitely recommend them.

My wife recently had an orchid delivered from Florists with Flowers, but I noticed a couple of the buds had dropped off, or fallen off, meaning less blooms would eventually come. After I dropped them a short email with a photo, they immediately arranged to deliver a replacement that was absolutely stunning. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and their marvelous service.

Great variety of flowers, the staff are always very helpful and show great customer service. Florist with Flowers has never let me down; whether I have picked flowers up or had them delivered. Flowers are a little more expensive than other places but I have always received fresh, high quality long lasting flowers so it's worth a few extra dollars. Always impressed.

I ordered a sympathy wreath on the same day I needed it and it was made so beautifully, the picture on their website doesn’t do it justice with quality and amount of flowers, as well as the size of the wreath you receive. Got a bouquet here a couple days back. The person I gifted it to loved the flower arrangement so much that she asked me for the address. Personally I don't know much about flowers apart from the fact that they look nice ☺️. The staff here is so friendly and warm and accommodates special requests on a combination of different flowers.

A great florist with friendly and knowledgeable staff who are happy to make bouquets on the spot. The bouquet pictured was made for me for my mother's birthday and features her favourite flowers including lavander and hibiscus. Ribbon greenery, wrapping and water soaked cotton were included. The price of the bouquet was $44.
