I have passed by Florya café many times and I always wondered who visited this place, I thought foreigners did. So, my friend who arrived from US, invited me to this place )) Small place inside with 2 levels. Meals are really good and delicious, the service is good too. The worst thing that happens here, and I think this is the main reason why you should AVOID this this café is, because being located in the heart of Tashkent there are beggars and different people who sell useless stuff and annoy you while you try to enjoy the evening with your friend or girlfriend. So, 1st came the woman at her 60ies who went in the middle of café and begged for money from each table, and NOBODY of the staff cared, they just passed next to her without asking to leave. Then, there was another woman at her 60ies who came with flowers and went to each table asking people to buy flowers, and again NOBODY of the staff cared, they just passed next to her without asking to leave. Just be patient and go farther for another café, fortunately Tashkent has plenty of them.

Es ist nicht alles Gold, was glänzt. Die Dekoration wirkt sehr modern und westlich. Die Toilette (m) allerdings gleicht einem Labyrinth mit seltsamen Verkettungen an Türen. Das Ambiente wird maßgeblich dadurch eingeschränkt, dass das Karten spielen verboten ist - wieso ist uns schleierhaft und wird auch nicht weiter erklärt. Das Essen ist grundsätzlich recht lecker - zumindest die Pilzcremesuppe und der grüne Salat. Aber letztlich ist das Geschmackssache und kann ich nicht weiter definieren. Der Service ist wirklich sehr schlecht. Der Kellner, der uns bediente, sprach weder Russisch noch Englisch in ausreichenden Sprachkenntnissen. Wir haben bei unserer Bestellung mehrere Male nachgefragt, ob Fleisch im japanischen Salat ist bzw. klar gemacht, dass wir Vegetarier sind, haben aber trotzdem einen mit Fleisch serviert bekommen. Statt einer Eisschokolade, brachten sie uns einen Eiskaffee. Der Kellner leugnete nach unserer Kritik immer noch, dass es Kaffee ist. Außerdem sind die Preise ziemlich teuer. Ich kann es nicht weiter empfehlen.

Nice restaurant but my breakfast was not great. I ordered eggs with sausage and toast. The sausages was very salty. Eggs were good and so was the toast. My pineapple drink was basically syrup with water I also ordered an iced coffee which came out looking like watery milk. During my visit to Tashkent this is probably the worst meal I’ve had here so far. Wouldn’t recommend based on my experience. On the positive side the staff was nice.

It's OK to grab a simple meal here. Location is convenient as it's just opposite the back corner of the opera house. Wasn't wowed too much with the food quality but I did like the soup very much (supposedly an Uzbek sour soup of veg/meat. Something like the soup kambing that popular in SG ). The other dishes were average. I actually had a tad of a indecision when it came to ordering as they don't provide menu in English. Just had to rely on the picts and hope for the best. Perhaps this cafe would be more appropriate as a chill out place over a cuppa as the all fresco area is very nice.

Wide ranging menu but some items were unavailable. Good service, the lovely waitress pointed out which vegetarian items were available and warned us when my other half ordered a pizza with meat (which he eats). Great people-watching spot outside, with misters keeping you cool. No WiFi. Card payments accepted.

Very nice atmosphere to just sit and enjoy Tashkent and the people. You sit on a sidewalk table and take in all the sights and sounds of this friendly city. I really enjoyed it. The food was very nice. The waiters very friendly and keen to help. It would of been an easy five stars had it not been for the deserts. The cheesecake was old, dry and tasted like it came out of a box. And one of the most expensive things on the menu? Really not on par of what the rest of the restaurant have to offer. One star gone for that one.

The sidewalk cafe is really a nice little place to eat, and the food is quite good. If you are not that proficient in Russian, it might be a challenge to order, but the extensive picture menu is somewhat helpful (if there is no English speaker around, it will be hard to get much clarification on the pics). But over a few visits here, I have always enjoyed the food, and the (draft) beer is good too. Nice ambience and character, complete with a couple of cats wandering around from table to table looking for handouts.

This is where we had our first meal in Uzbekistan and I am writing this review after about a week. We only decided to eat at this cafe because went past it and we are very happy we did. There were a variety of options to choose from on the menu, we chose a few random options and loved them all. Bread, shashlik, lavash and eggplant salad were the dishes we had and all were really tasty. The fresh apple juice was also really fresh. Absolutely recommended.

Кто любит хорошо покушать советую обязательно посетить данное заведение. Где качество цены, сервиса, обстановки и локации соответствует цены. А кто захочет кальян , поверьте мне его тут готовят отменно, попробуйте! Один из лучших кальянов в городе Ташкент.

Surprisingly big portion sizes. Taste was good. I ordered Borscht and a Blue Cheese Salad with a pot of Ginger and Orange Tea. It was pleasant sitting outside to people watch. My international credit card didn't work so I had to pay in cash. Some staffers weren't friendly, but some were accommodating.

Scam for tourists. We were charged 20% of service charge on top of our invoice without even noticing us. To be honest service doesn’t deserve any tip as they didn’t try to be helpful at all, half of the stuff we wanted to order were not available and our request to order plate without one ingredient were just simply denied. Food quality is average.

Место где мы сидели на верху было слишком шумно зале нет смотрящий за беспокойство. Музыка слишком громко. Если вы предпочитаете тишину сидите на улице. Блюда норм, мясо по царский было сухим где Ганге florya там было норм . Кальян не пробовали но будем многие рекомендовали. Воздуховод на верху не работает или слишком слабо работает. Сделайте капитальный уборку хоть раз на месяц, под столом было мусора.

плохое место,реальные средний чек в районе 80000-100000 при этом мне в сосиске попалось косточка а жене- пересоленная телятина с грибами, и гарнир в 2 раза меньше были чем на картинке обслуживание медленно работает после того как написал жалобу никаких извинений не принесли. Больше не буду сюда заходить (тут конкуренции нет, нет места где можно покушать нормально) вот они и расслабились

Были здесь лет 10 назад: раньше это была обычная кафешка. Но сейчас все изменилось: прекрасный интерьер и удобное расположение. Обслуживание также не разочаровало: наш официант справлялся со своими обязанностями. Вкусный чечевичный суп и итальянская паста. Хороший кофе. Вернусь в следующий раз, чтобы попробовать и другие блюда, чтобы дать более четкую оценку. Пока, молодцы.

Visited this nice Cafe on a hot July afternoon. It has indoor and outdoor seating but some smoking inside. There is a large menu. Both the food and service were good and we enjoyed visiting. Family friendly.

Уютное заведение. Плюс это местонахождение. Интересное и вкусное меню. Но пепер-стейк пересушили (ну ладно может это одиночный случай) т.к. особый стейк был сверх всех похвал. Минус нет даже пива. А в жару со стейками или с колбасками (в меню представлены) очень хочеться кружку другую пива. Интерьер так и просит коктейлей. Но увы. Во всем остальном супер. Рекомендую.

Very cosy place in center of Tashkent with lots of youngsters and civil public. Area is well lit and safe. Good for late night stroll to grab a coffee here. Service is decent and menu is large as can be seen from photos here. I liked the latte here and so did my friends who ordered soft and hot drinks. Atmosphere is very modern and contemporary. Recommend.

По какой-то причине не обслуживают некоторых посетителей - официанты не походят, даже через 15 минут, и не реагирует на призывы, хотя официанты сидели в 7-10 метров от нас, их было человек 5-7. Пришлось перейти в соседний ресторан "Огни Ташкента", и отлично отдохнуть, вкусно поесть.

Развод для туристов, еда ужасная, сервис тоже, цены космос, любое среднее кафе в городе намного лучше и приятнее

Medium-sized continental café in the middle of the city, right next to a park and the theater. Staff was friendly, service quick, plenty of drinks and dishes on the menu. Prices are above average.

Уютное заведение в центре Ташкента. Хороший, отзывчивый персонал. Из минусов: плохая музыка и слегка дороговато. Хотя для кафешки в центре терпимо. Заказали котлеты с сыром и бургеры, вкусный кофе. Спасибо за хорошее обслуживание официанту Тимуру.

High quality everything! We had pepperoni pizza, coffee and brownie with ice-cream. Especially the brownie with ice-cream with top notch - softness, sweetness everything was so well-balanced. The coffee also was of high quality indeed.

The hookah is really really good. I would highly recommend it. Nice establishment all-in-all

Poor waitress and the music is awful, this is not a pub, design of the menu looks cheap but the price is not, so many fly if you sit on outside table, such a waste for a good location in downtown, I don’t think I will come again.

Nice place with cozy interior and delicious food ! Recommend the variety of tea ! This place was not serving alcohol- so it's good if you wish to eat and have some cold/hot non alcoholic beverages. The prices are acceptable.

Заказали еду, ждали 20 минут и официантка подошла и сказала, что ТАКОГО БЛЮДА НЕ ОСТАЛОСЬ! Потом дали меню, чтоб перезаказать, но официантка и на этот раз забила и снова ждали около 20 минут! Безобразие!!!

Все прекрасно в этом месте - и блюда, и обслуживание, и интерьер. НО! При включённых в счёт чаевых в 20% вы будете вынуждены выбивать сдачу по счету из персонала силой! Крохоборят только так!

My first taste of Uzbek coffee was a surprise. The cappuccino was prepared beautifully. The barista even went to the effort of adding some latte art! Top banana.
