Very disappointed. I am rating based on the 2nd bouquet I have received as a gift, the 1st I was unhappy with because the price to quality was way off & they didn't last long at all but I stayed open minded when I received another bouquet but its safe to say it has not changed my opinion at all. I followed every instruction given to me & after 2 days I was admiring them, I held the only rose to smell it & it crumbled, brown & rotten from the inside, the one flower in there to justify the price of the bouquet & it was already rotten & dead, the rest of the flowers in there are what you can buy for 1.50 to 2 pound for a whole bunch. Then when I have gone to change the water in the vase after a week I see the stems are already covered in furry mould & almost everything is dead or dying & I know it isn't anything I have done because I kept them in a cool, draught free room away from fruit & direct sunlight. I have waited to leave this review as I dont want to irrationally leave a negative review because I am annoyed but after 2 weeks I am still frustrated that my partner wasted so much money because he is loyal to a local business but we aren't made of money & he can get stunning flowers a 3rd of the cost of these that are much better quality, even if they are from a supermarket or bigger company. I feel ripped off & I didnt even pay for them. I feel worse that my boyfriend has tried to do a wonderful thoughtful thing for me & instead he feels disappointed & bad that they were such a dud like it is his fault & I didnt get to enjoy them for as long as expected. I find it strange that certain flowers came fully bloomed in the bouquet too, maybe the problem is that they aren't as fresh as they should be, im sorry to leave such a negative review but the product needs a lot of improvement just because of the price point.

I ordered some flowers for Mother’s Day and spent £35 on a bouquet. When I got them home I noticed they didn’t look quite right. On going back onto the website the image showing the bouquet for the lilac lace is much fuller and there seems to be more stems. It was also wrapped differently to the one shown on the site. Whilst I understand that seasonal variations are inevitable, and that this is stated on the website, I feel that the price did not reflect the quantity of flowers received. The lady who greeted me at the shop however was lovely and friendly. On reading my initial review above, Andrea at the shop called and messaged me to rectify the situation. She was so understanding and explained that due to Brexit and COVID stems are much more expensive now meaning they are limited to how many stems can go in a bouquet. She wanted to really put it right and I truly appreciated this service. Such a fast response to my complaint too. Within 5 hours a new bouquet was made and delivered to my door!!! Absolutely amazing service! She even said I could keep the original bouquet as a Mother’s Day treat. I will 100% buy flowers from her again and have updated my 3 star review to 5 stars. What an excellent service! We couldn't ask for more! From the moment we discussed the order all the way through to the delivery to our house AND the dressing of the church, "Flower Power" or Rothwell came through. We'd requested certain flowers which they sourced and matched our colour scheme perfectly for our 25th Wedding Anniversary Vow Re-newel so we couldn't ask for more! The day before I were in the area and bobbed in to the shop which were the first time I'd met them. They couldn't do enough to make me welcome. They arranged with the church for decorating it a couple of the hours prior to the service so the flowers were as fresh as they could be and the Wreath made a perfect display on the doors. We left the flowers with the church as a charity thing and they were over the moon due to how they looked and how professional they were when they dressed the church. Well done Flower Power and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend you in the future.

Purchased a bouquet of flowers for our wedding anniversary. Very pleased with the tailored service I received from Tammy and Andrea. I originally enquired about the flowers via Google conversations with Andrea and subsequently dealt with Tammy over the phone. My bouquet of flowers were ready within 15mins of ordered my over the phone and were presented beautifully. As a bonus a rose was included and a small card for the occasion. The photo I have included were taken exactly 7days after purchase. They look even more fresher than when I purchased them! Cannot fault the quality of flowers and service. We would never use anyone else... I was called away on business on my wife's birthday 13th and arrived back valentine's day I called valentine's morning and once again flower power put together an amazing 60.00 bouquet of flowers for collection at 2 pm...my wife was impressed and really happy and pleased with the bouquet and she's picky about flowers it was exactly what she wanted...flower power did it again for us...you can rely on them every time for service and getting the best bouquets

The service and the attitude and just general customer service that I received from these guys at this florist was out of this world! beyond caring and brilliant to deal with. When there was a problem they contacted me and resolved the issue for me working with me to ensure that the lady we were sending flowers to go them. We had Flower Power to do our wedding flowers at the end of July and they were fab! I didn't really know what I wanted for my bouquet apart from the colour scheme, so Andrea said she'd create me something beautiful of her own choosing and she didn't disappoint :-) Delivery was smooth on the morning of the wedding and everyone was happy with their bouquets/buttonholes. Really amazing service from Flower Power today. Andrea arranged delivery for a colleague who was leaving to coincide with our Zoom farewell. She really couldn't have been more helpful when I telephoned. The flowers and gift were beautifully presented and I'm told the gentleman who delivered was charming. I had a lovely surprise delivery this morning from the florist! The very nice man who delivered the flowers was extremely considerate to the fact I had recently had an operation, even explaining how I could maintain the flowers without having to lift them into a vase for a few days. So nice to experience such a genuine and caring service - not to mention the flowers are gorgeous!

Beautiful flowers as a birthday present for a family member. Next day delivery was fantastic and it was so lovely to work with a local business rather than a larger chain company where you have to worry about flowers being delivered in boxes upside down and wilted etc (ruining their birthday present last year!). I will definitely be using Flower Power again in the future.

Brilliant Service - I managed to order flowers on their website but I picked the wrong delivery date! When I rang up the lady who I spoke to was super helpful and managed to arrange for the delivery to be sent out the following day. My friend who received them absolutely loved them and said they were the best flowers she had received. Will definitely use them again

This is my first experience of flower power when I attended a wreath making workshop. Fabulous venue and great workshop. It was a good pace and I learnt a lot and really enjoyed myself. The resources were fab and plentiful and lots of choice. Help there if needed but encouraged to do it ourselves to learn. Lovely friendly couple. Thank you

I ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day and am over the moon with it (as is my wife, more importantly). The delivery driver was really friendly and informative and the packaging was great as well. Used flower power for funeral flowers. They talked us through our ideas and produced some truly beautiful arrangements. They spoke directly to the funeral director to arrange delivery etc, meaning one less job for us. Really excellent
