Have ordered to delivered some products at Kota and paid advanced with extra charges for fixed time delivery but products were not delivered on time.. worst service… its cheating and indulging in unfair trade practice… customer care ppl are so rude and unapologetic.. products are pathetic..!!

Bought a rose bouquet for my friend's wedding from Flower Aura and I was surprised with the freshness and quality of flowers. Bouquet remained fresh for a long time and I was so pleased with the staff's behaviour. Would highly recommend flower aura for beautiful gifts and bouquets in Jaipur.

Wonderful service. This is the first shop that came on our results when we were searching for flower places, having no idea about good places since we were new to the city. Safe to say, they did not disappoint. 10/10, highly recommended!

Bad experience. I brought a bouquet and the rose were really small cause they were buds. I complained about it and got a reply that roses are small only. The shop person had never seen big roses. Not worth the price they charge.

They have amazing cakes and pastries. We bought chocolate brownies from here, which were made fresh and soft to eat, and I have loved them so much that I have stored them for one week.

Horrible experience. We went to the shop to buy a bouquet for our mom and the guy at the desk was very rude. We simply asked him if he could add more roses and he raised his voice.
