I came by in a hurry to get flowers for my friend’s graduation on the morning of Friday 19th April. I showed the florist some photos from their business’ Instagram account, outlined my budget and was clearly distressed because of the myriad of options available to me. The florist that served me was so calm and kind. Even when a customer came in, she asked them to kindly await while she was meticulously putting together my bouquet and I was truly grateful for that because I was a little time poor at the time. Even though I didn’t express this to her she put together a beautiful bouquet of flowers, really efficiently, within my budget and she made sure to package the flowers lower so they could be seen better which is what I asked. The arrangement Teresa put together was honestly so beautiful and the level of colour coordination and detail was exceptional. Thank you so much Teresa. I now know where to get all my friends’ graduation flowers from now on. I’ve been to other florists around Sydney many a time before but Flowers By Teresa has been my best experience so far.

Teresa’s heart, soul, love and respect for flowers really speak in the magical and breath taking bouquets she creates. Her flowers are of amazing quality- some lasting a few weeks! I’ve been here numerous times to get bouquets for special events and have always been blown away by the superior level of professionalism, and the arrangements Teresa and her team are able to produce within a budget. I went to get a bouquet for a friend’s graduation today, and the bouquet Teresa created left me in absolute awe. Teresa paid close attention to the little details, making sure all the colours complemented each other, and arranged all the flowers and foliage in such an artistic way. The bouquet was beautifully wrapped in ribbon and tassels. I have never posted a google review, but today’s experience really made my day, and credit really needs to be shown to Teresa and her team. Thank you Teresa- you are an absolute genius in what you do, and your passion really speaks through in what you create.

This is the first time I have ordered flowers by Theresa and I was not disappointed. Not only was Theresa patient, understanding and helpful, her flower arrangement was stunning. I put my complete trust in Theresa and her team to deliver my vision and they completely knocked it out of the park. Thank you for the beautiful bouquet. In general it is hard to order a delivery of flowers, especially when you have not seen them in person. Usually when you order online or over the phone the arrangements are either too small, flowers are already dying and are just completely different to what you expected. I promise you, you will not get this from Flowers by Theresa. I would just like to say thank you so so so much for your attention to detail, and the stunning arrangement. I will definitely be returning to order my next delivery of bouquets from Flowers by Theresa!!

Flowers by Teresa came very highly recommended however I won’t be returning. We came in store the day before and selected a bunch of flowers which were under our budget, included orchids however we asked for them to be bigger in line with our budget. We also requested no Chrysanthemums. Upon picking them up, not only were they full of Chrysanthemums but contained no orchids, despite us spending $30 more than the ones we saw in store which had gorgeous orchids. When we asked if they were our flowers, because we were so confused with what we had seen the day prior, we were told they were. We basically had to ask for them to be remade only for the inclusion of the purple orchid. Whilst the flowers are beautiful, not worth what we paid or what we were told we were going to receive.

I purchased 2 bouquets over the weekend which I ordered by phone based off the styles displayed on Flowers By Teresa's website and they were STUNNING. Even more beautiful in real life and exceeded all expectations. They truly stand out from the rest and have a really special point of difference in quality design and service. The flowers were fresh, abundant, unique and smelt beautiful. Presentation was 10/10 and care was taken to display them beautifully and ensure fresh for transport. The people are absolutely lovely and very welcoming with a smile on their face - rare these days and so nice to see. The flowers' recipients were over the moon delighted, as was I. I can't get over them and needless to say will be back. Thank you FBT!

This place is lovely and the staff are very nice. I have being buying my girlfriend flowers every month since we met and the flowers from this store have been wonderful. My husband sent me a bunch of flowers from here and they are breathtaking... The arrangement, the colours and the flowers used are superb...so professionally presented. If you need to send your wife an 'apology' bouquet, I suggest you use Flowers by Teresa... Not saying that these flowers were apology ones.. But... Ya know what I mean.

Whilst in the area today. I purchased a beautiful orchid plant. It was not an easy choice as they had a huge array of unique flowers in their store and I also noticed some lovely trinkets for special occasions. Lovely lady served us today and built a huge stunning bouquet 20 minutes before closing. She took my colour choices and recommended flowers as well as adding her own touch and it turned out so brilliantly. I was worried my request was a bit last minute but she was very accomodating. MY FAVOURITE FLORIST! Nothing beats the beautiful bouquets created at Flowers By Teresa. I highly recommend just asking for a custom bouquet and letting the staff know how much you want to spend. They have an eye for matching the most beautiful colours and flowers. You won't be disappointed.

Just bought a bunch of poppies for $25 but when I got home (5 mins away) some of the petals had already fallen off and I have now noticed that there are several stems that have been cut at the top so there’s no bud or flower! Why not remove the whole stem then? Bit disappointing.
