Very unhappy with the new management of this place. I visited the store earlier to check if they had any flowers available and called and emailed to place an order. Asked if I could collect the flowers between 7:30-8:00am the next day as I needed them before a deadline and they agreed. When I got to the store the next morning, my order was not ready and was told their flowers would arrive at 9:00am instead, but the flowers I had ordered may not be available, which they did not let me know about until I got there. They assured me that there were other alternatives that I could purchase so I left and came back at 10:30am but when I got there, they did not have the correct number of flowers I had ordered and the ones I were given were already wilting. I browsed the other flowers in the store but then was told I could not purchase any of them as they were already pre-booked. I left my number with them multiple times but they did not let me know when I placed the order that they would be unable to meet it. They made me wait for hours for an order that they did not have and told me there would be other options when they did not have other options- all without apologising. If they had called me at any point in time beforehand to let me know, I could have made alternative arrangements to meet my deadline. Very disappointed with this place.

We recently used the Flower Spot for my father’s funeral. From the moment we went in to see the staff we were greeted by the lovely Beryl who listened to every detail we required as we were very particular about what we wanted. She went through everything thoroughly and showed us all options and sizes. On the day of the funeral what was delivered was truely outstanding and simply stunning. We had a 3/4 casket cover and two large sprays on white stands which included custom ribbons. The funeral staff even commented on how stunning the flowers and arrangements were. We also had guests comment on how beautiful the arrangements were. In addition they were reasonably priced. Thank you again for making my father’s funeral that extra bit special. We were so happy with the flower arrangements.

Disappointed with the new owners of the Flower Spot.... wanted to support local business so ordered flowers to be delivered on a Friday morning... no flowers were delivered at all. On phoning to chase up on Saturday, I was asked do you still want the flowers delivered? I said I did, after all the payment had been deducted from my Visa card.... the flowers were delivered to my friend and although their names were correct on the envelope, the card said to Helen and George, not Helen and Geoff! $80 !! And by Monday morning all the roses had dropped their heads. After supporting The Flower Spot for 30 years it is now time to find a new florist!

Firstly my mother has been a customer of Kellyville Flower Spot since the 1980's buying flowers weekly. I have continued to be a customer and have been supported by Michelle and her team for birthdays, anniversaries and funerals for decades. The service and support by Kellyville Flower Spot has been exceptional and now I have moved from the area I continue to return to order flowers from them. I highly recommend Kellyville Flower Spot.

Called yesterday morning for a $100 flower arrangement to be delivered to a staff member in Seven Hills. Within 2 hours I received a nice message from my staff member thanking me for the flowers. Couldn't have been happier. Thanks guys!

As my daughter and myself have purchased flowers from flower spot at Kellyville for many years, with some beautiful bunches with so much care and love gone into it in the past after reading the recent reviews I will be going elsewhere,
