It was not the best experience with Flynn Estate Agent - Dublin 4 team. I think unprofessional process was undertaken by the Estate agent lady. After bidding and overbidding on a property in the south of Dublin, She was trying to prolong the bidding as much as she could. Eventually, she kept the bidding for almost 11 days without mentioning the vendor was looking for a cash buyer. She intentionally increased the price of the property to plus 16% (60k), later on she passed on to me that the vendor had decided to go with the cash buyer. Contrary, the initial advertisement didn't include "we are looking for cash-buyer", however, we kept bidding while the price was hiking on the second buyer as well who bought the property with overprice compared to the property counterparts in the same area. We almost thought that we would award the bidding as we were the highest bidder even I moved my sports club near the area as the new subscription was due to renew. Advice for Flynn EA, please assign the right people for this job and please respect the people and save our time. Unfortunately, I will escalate this case and report it to the right firms.

We first contacted Flynn and Associates Raheny in April 2018 during the process of selling our house in Donaghmede. From the first minute I met Carla I knew and had no doubt that she was extremely experienced in her field and was confident that she would sell our house in time-frame she gave. Selling and buying a house is a very stressful experience and Carla more often than not was available to give advice in relation to surveyors, solicitors, problems we were having in relation to bank etc.... Darren was introduced to us as the selling agent and couldn't recommend more highly of him either, always rang to give feedback on each viewing and again liaised with us each step of the way with any queries that came up. I couldn't leave a review without mentioning Therese either "I had her on speed dial...ha ha and again was so helpful". Flynn & Associates Raheny handled the sale my late mother house earlier this year . I was looking for a local agent who had intimate knowledge of the locality and would provide a competitive and professional service. When I signed up with the Flynn and Associates Team in Raheny I was not disappointed. I found the team to have an excellent knowledge of the market within my area. They provided advise on how I should best present the house for sale . They worked tirelessly on my behalf to market and show the property to potential buyers . They kept me in the loop right throughout the process even providing me updates on progress straight after each viewing . I always found the Team punctual and available for questions I never had to chase anyone for information . True Customer service and professionalism right through the whole process. I would highly recommend this team .

Completed the sale of a property through Flynn & Associates recently in what turned out to be a much longer process than expected due to solicitors going back and forth over a 6 month period for information etc. Through Flynn & Associates, and Carla Murnane in particular, this process was made so much easier as she kept us completely up to date at every stage of where the process was at that point, where it may of been held up and what to do or who to push along to move to the next stage. Completely professional, informative and in this instance, and in my opinion, went above and beyond what was required for both the seller and the buyer, but I believe that this is what Carla and Flynns do for their clients ongoing. Can't recommend Flynns and Carla enough.

I first called Flynn Associates in October 2022 and from the start they were spot on. From a buyer's perspective they couldn't have been more obliging. I remember my viewing time had to be postponed three times because of flight delays at Dublin Airport. Subsequent to my viewing the service level was very high and never fell below 10 if I'm being honest. Overall the purchase was very smooth and Carla stood out as the first class representative for this firm of estate agents. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them if you're a vendor or purchaser. First class operation and 5 genuine stars.

We were first times buyers and dealt with Suzanne. She was amazing throughout the process of buying our first home. Due to delay with paperwork, we could not complete the purchase for more than half a year. Best I have dealt with. First time buyer and even though I was pipped at the post by another bidder I found Carla very professional, very responsive and very pleasant to deal with. Unlike other questionable agents Flynn's would only take an offer through email which I liked as I knew it was only legitimate offers being accepted and an audit trail.
