MISLEADING ADVERTISING! My husband and I went to this bar as it's one of the closest bar near our hotel for a cold one. We went early Feb 2020 with a joy to find a couple of signage saying happy hour between a specific time and another to say a deal for beer (no specified beer brand was mentioned) as in, drink more beer and the more discount applied on your cheque. The problem started when the bar keep started blasting his Bollywood music that not just loud but not very enjoyable too for almost all of the patrons on site. Then when my husband was trying to pay our bill at the counter, he completely ignored my husband as he's busy talking to his mates. Then, upon paying our bill, we discovered that none of the signage advertisements were honoured and he didn't even care about how it looks to the bar nor the hotel branding. He most certainly don't care how it's affecting our experience of Hyatt and Dubai. Very disappointed to have encountered such a treatment in a 4 star hotel's bar, I certainly was expecting a bit more professionalism and courtesy to paying patrons! There are other bars to go to and spend your money at but this bar isn't one of them! Stay away and keep your money and spend it elsewhere!

The place is so quiet . They remove all sports from the bar.I am not upset because we got nice service from philliphine guy who works in night bartender.

Enjoy some live music , drinks and finger licking food and relax with your friends in this cozy bar. The staff is also very polite and friendly . Their buffet is only Aed 30/ at focuz restaurant & it's something you shouldn't miss as it has a wide range of veg options. Each dish was lip smacking making your girls night out even more memorable one

Perfect place to chill with your friends especially on Tuesdays they have ladies night offering 3 complimentary drinks and 35 %discount on food. The bites are finger licking good.Super tasty and flavourful. A good ambience with music on, neatly maintained and adhering to social norms.

Good Value for your money! The staff are extremely friendly and that makes a difference. Go and try the Karaoke. Had a marvellous time after work one evening.

Wonderful place. Excellent service and special mention to lalit for the exceptional service.

Dont go with the ratings... This place has zero taste. The food was cold...and Tasteless.

Worst experience! Rude staff and beer taste like water. No wonder the place is empty.
