Focus Electric was used by the builder of my home. Focus neglected to install an assembly (simply jammed a globe in a smaller than required opening in the ceiling) so the light bulb could never be changed. The builder referred me to Focus. Focus replied that they do not do residential work; they only work for contractors. So, to recap, Focus didn't just install a light improperly and not according to code, they didn't even install an assembly. When asked to repair it, Focus replied that they only work for contractors and refused to repair. Unless you are a contractor, this won't matter to you because they won't come out to your residence regardless. Hack company. Odd because their Pluming Division is quite good.

Have a new build through Pulte. Paid for CAT 6 ethernet drops in all the rooms and some on the outside for cameras. They only terminated some of the drops, one of the bedrooms doesn't work. All of the outdoor drops aren't terminated and are encased in concrete. I'm sure other drops don't work if they don't even terminate and test and one of the bedrooms doesn't work. I now have to test each one that isn't in use because I can't trust them to function as one already doesn't. I paid the same price for every drop yet they think it's okay to only terminate some. I wouldn't recommend using them as I've been trying to reach out for months with no response from them.

A special thanks to Joey Shoen for fixing my internet connectivity issues in a well and timely manner. He was able to answer all my questions and is very knowledgeable in his field. Initially, I had my service provider come out to fix my issue but ended up making my connection worse in the process. Joey pointed out and fixed the service provider technician's flaws in his work which caused my connection problem. Joey took the time to troubleshoot/test my Wifi and all the ethernet connections throughout my entire home to make sure everything worked properly before he left. Request for Joey the next time you are making an appointment with Focus Electric!

Im building a house and unfortunately the builder uses Focus Electric as their electrical contractor. The prices they have been charging for adding a single plug are crazy. We haven't even poured the slab for the house yet and I asked to move an EXISTING 50 amp circuit 30 feet closer to the sub panel ON THE PLANS and Focus Electric said they wanted $500 to make the change ON THE PLANS!!!! Ive never worked with a sub contractor like this, and I have been in the low voltage building trade myself. If this is the way they do business, I would steer clear!

I had an issue with my circuit breaker, it was considered a high voltage problem. The first electrician that they sent out here was unable to help me so he reached out to focus and they sent out a wonderful electrician. Roberto Bermúdez, very kind very patient very knowledgeable. Gave me excellent customer service. Next time I have another problem with my electricity. I will definitely be asking him to come out.

Driver in truck # Fe63 cut me off this morning with no absolutely no room for him to merge in front of me I had to slam on my teaks to prevent and accident all because he wanted to come from the far right lane to the left lane UNSAFE DRIVER SONI CAN ONLY IMAGINE HOW UNSAFE THE ELECTRICAL WORK IS

All of my outside outlets quit working. Checked for GFCIs. No problem there. Check circuit breakers. No problem there. Fuse box poorly labeled. Installed by Focus.

Answer machine, quick return call, friendly phone conversation, they could not help with my needs.
