Been here a handful of times and tried dine in and take out. First visit was a take out for lugaw (rice porridge). It was during winter time and it was perfect. Delicious, hot, and tasty! Next couple visits were both dine in. Not a very friendly atmosphere as no one greets you when you come in. We’ve tried the Filipino breakfast both times. First visit was very delicious! Everything seemed hot and fresh. Second visit was just ok. Egg was cooked as over easy instead of sunny side up. Rice and the beef tapa weren’t hot. Coffee was stronger than before so that was an improvement. However, no one goes around to refill coffee unlike other breakfast spots. Tried siomai and it’s just ok. Cutleries, sauces, and water are self-serve and are on one side of the restaurant. If you’re not a Filipino, you might not know which sauce goes with which dish. Portions are okay. Taste is a bit bland overall. More expensive than other Filipino restaurants but at least we have one on this side of the city. Good enough if you live in Transcona and you’re craving for Filipino food and doesn’t want to travel far.

Went to this location a few days after grand opening. Deflated balloons had not been removed and gave an atmosphere of shabbiness. A very cluttered table area, dubious as to safety egress at entrance and exits. Disorganized. Lack of information on the menus for the new customer trying to experience Filipino food for the first time. Self serve water and self-serve sauces are near the front door but poorly explained. Bottles of sauces are not wiped down and tended to be almost empty and sticky on the outside. The food was passible but not overwhelmingly delicious. Some surprises on biting into, for example, an item on the street food platter and finding deep fried quail eggs. Again a description on the menu would have been helpful. Menus were very few, sticky and begging for a wipe down. Certainly makes the customer wonder what else does not get wiped down. Two stars for passable food, dubious safety, uncleanliness.

We order salo salo bundle and when they serve the food, the sisig has a bad smell and it seems left over for the day and just heated, they change but the same quality of sisig they bring, smells bad(spoil),on the menu it shows that serve in a sizzling plate, but when they serve, its on a porcelain bowl which is not empressive never come back to this place.Sorry to say that.

Tried this place twice, First time, the food was pretty bad, fried rice was dry and tasted just like plain sesame oil, and eggs roll/ lumpia was just out right bad. Second time, my cousin was craving a drink, so she decided to get sago gulam, it was meh, just like iced water with melted sugar. Over priced food for below average quality.

Was very disappointed in the food and portion size for what I spent through Doordash The fish balls were rubbery Maybe they're supposed to be like that? The street food combo was unimpressive. The spring rolls were so tiny I guess I stick to my usual Asian choices The panzit was disappointing as well I guess I'm spoiled by homemade Filipino food

Staffs are not friendly. Especially the lady on the cashier. Maybe she's having a bad day. We do not know. We ordered kare-kare. The sauce is too thick to swallow . The boba pearls are not for boba. This is the second time we went here. The first visit was equally terrible. I hope the management will act on the reviews given.

I would recommend they not serve breakfast. No name hashbrowns, I had to ask 3x for my coffee, which wasn't good at all for $2.50, only one kind of toast/bread and it had seeds of some kind in it.

Bought 2 tapsilog ( all day breakfast ) around 6 pm, food was not freshly cooked looks like it was just a leftover in the morning and they didn't even heat it properly.
