I recently order a pair of Air Jordans online, when receiving the shoes they were too big. After calling the store and speaking with an employee he told me they were mens and not women's. These shoes were not labeled as mens online, as a customer there was no way of knowing this. I was told I could return them at my own expense. So not only did I pay to have them shipped to my house, I then had to pay for them be shipped back to the store totalling $50 of shipping chargers. When speaking with the manager he was not empathetic to the situation and was only concerned about the amount of money the store would have to pay out if they covered the shipping cost on orders. So be very cautious if buying product online. I 100% would NOT recommend this store and look elsewhere.

Usually I have nothing but great things to say but in this case I must say foosh has really slacked in the customer service and duty of there jobs. When you go in and buy something and they forget to scan it and you must come back you know accidents happen but when you forget a security tag on a sweater as well it's just unacceptable especially when we come back to try to get the tag off you guys ask for a receipt assuming we stole the item when it's up to the people you have working for your to make sure everything is done properly. Not to mention that the young man behind the teller laughed like it was a big joke when I don't find it funny when I walk into a store and the buzzers go off.

Pretty disappointed in the lack of safety this morning. The complete disregard for COVID-19 regulations were in effect while thirty teenagers lined up with zero social distancing and some not even wearing masks. I don’t know what kind of event Foosh was hosting to decide that it was a smart idea to have kids blocking the street and endangering passerby’s and each other but I’ve never been so disgusted by this local business before. Photos were sent to AHS and EPS of the issue.

Pat and the gang are always helpful and friendly every time I pay a visit. There's no pressure from the sales staff, but when you need them they're very easy to approach. This is by far the best place in the city to get street fashion and shoes; they always have great selection, they have sales multiple times a year, and their prices are competitive, despite them being a local business. Foosh also helps to promote local events and artists, which is awesome!

Loved foosh until I bought a shirt for my husband, he tried it on. I noticed a seam was wide open with no threading. Brought it back to switch it out for the same shirt, and because I said he tried it on, the employee said well sorry he wore it. What kind of policy is that. He acted so annoyed. I’ll fix it myself. carful what you buy. If it’s damaged I guess they will say it’s your fault.

If you're a sneaker head in the Edmonton area, then FOOSH is the store for you. They have the best selection of shoes and other streetwear in the city and the prices are standard with what you would normally see online or in other retail locations. The staff is also very knowledgeable about what they're selling, which in my books puts this place above other locations like Footlocker and Champs.

one of the nicest stores in edmonton. Super modern, trendy and hard to find clothes. One issue, the customer service, I payed over $250 at that store and While I’m asking for sizes the employees looked like they were really annoyed and didn’t care at all. The tone and enthusiasm in their voice seemed very very rude. New staff would be great!!

Only store like this in Edmonton from what I can tell. They often have pretty decent stuff back in the sale section, much better than you'd find at Champs/Footlocker. Wish there were more stores like this in every city so we could support more local businesses. Highly recommended for when you're sick of the big box stores/outlets.

I love going to this store. They always have really cool clothes and shoes. all the staff is nice and very helpful. I started going there when I lived in Edmonton and I try to make it at least once every two months. I'm really excited to see how the store is after the new renovations.

One of the best local urban clothing stores. Too a bad the hours are a bit off and they are closed on Sundays. So weird, it’s like people with jobs can’t get a decent time to shop here. They get 4stars for inventory. 1 star for hours of operation.

So for any local sneakerhead, Foosh is a must know and must go to. The staff are fantastic (funny, engaging and knowledgeable), the selection and drops they can bring in are top notch and the space is crisp, clean and chilled out.

Awesome store for the latest streetwear. Sick selection of sneakers and this store has all the big sneakers drops. Employees here are super helpful and easy to talk to as well. Would recommend this locally owned store to anyone!

Great staff and always greet me with a smile. They always accommodate me and let me know of upcoming product releases. The only place in the city that sticks kidrobot toys. It's quite the place for sneakerheads too.

Best sneaker/street wear store in Edmonton. Staff is amazing and known their stuff. Don't have to worry about any backdoor sales when sneakers release. Plus they play wicked music.
