TERRIBLE. Walked in and was greeted by a nice young girl. Was helped with a pair of shoes by a great young man. Didn't end up getting the shoes but asked the "Manager" a few questions about a new shoe that is coming in soon (as the young man was busy helping another customer) the "Manager" was an older white man slightly balding and he treated me like garbage. Totally answered all my questions with a terrible attitude and told me that he is the "Manager of ALL footlockers in Edmonton." So I just continued to browse the shoes and he stared at me with a smirk of "I'm better than you" and watched me and my girlfriend as if we were stealing so I will never spend my money at Kingsway Mall Footlocker.

Worst experience! A blue haired woman who clearly hates her job needs to be updated on the new Jordan 4 shoes. She couldn't even answer any questions asked, she was rude, loud, and gave the most attitude I have ever witnessed. She was also being very disrespectful to another employee in front of customers. The other employee was friendly, but she should be let go!

the worst customers service ever! They just looking through mirrors and take care about their apperance not about customers. They dont even say hi or ask how can they help when someone enter to the shop! Coustermes are their owne while staff make sure they are pretty. Helpless place. We didnt get help to find things what we were looking

Trista is Amazing! Had an awful experience with Footlocker in Calgary and their Customer Service line today. Decided to call this Edmonton location for help and received outstanding service from Trista. She went completely out of her way to find what I was searching for. What a gem!! Helpful staff, great large selection of footwear as well as medium selection of clothing. The staff are very helpful and willing to spend time with you to ensure the proper fit of shoe. Back to School time can get busy but there are always lots of staff and rarely will you not find someone to assist you.

I bought Nike running shoes from here for 120$. After a year they had a hole in the bottom of both shoes. I bought 20$ sneaker from walmart. It took 2 years for the hole to shoe up in the same spot. After a few days I couldn't even tell the difference between 120$ sneaker and 20$ sneakers.

I went in and I was greeted nicely, then I asked do you have steph curry 2s they said they have one pair in all the store and those were gold red white in a size eight which is exactly what I wanted then he gave me advice about using shoe cleaner! All around great experience.

disgusting employees who don't know how to talk to customers. They didn't even understand shoe sizes and brought the wrong size a few times. a shady employee was even rude to us and we were never able to buy sneakers. so it's a waste of money on such employees

I have always had the best experience at this location, and then House of Hoops I’m WEM and Champs. The staff at Kingsway are super informative and always there to help! There are lots of places to buy sneakers in Edmonton, they are my trust!

worst store ever, poor customer service, i bought yesterday Nike but the size becomes big, then I returned with the receipt and they refuse to accept , because of I didn't bring with the box. I will never buy something again.

Honestly a great foot locker, selection on boost and the shoes I was mostly looking for weren’t the best, but the customer service was amazing. Had a conversation with a nice young lady with brown hair. And everyone was kind.

Worst place ever sold me shoes that were 2 left feet they didnt even check the box phoned in and customer service rep didn't even care came from out of town spending money to go back they lost my business very upset

Went to get my daughter a pair of Air Force 1’s. Nate was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He helped with lacing, sizing, and fitting. Found her the perfect pair! Dude was awesome!!

Excellent selection of Jordan and Nike clothes. Good sales for back to school. Staff could be a bit friendlier, and a bit more helpful. But overall experience is great!
