Update ! I am keep getting automated message from this company and this messages are meaningless and baseless. My experience with Foot Locker in last 2 days was the worst shopping experience in Australia and made feel uncomfortable with their unprofessional approach and poor automated messages. All I wanted to us to purchase the sneaker but Foot Locker made it impossible with no apology. I now have to find the way to stop these meaningless automated messages from Foot Locker. I was interested in buying sneakers from Foot Locker and trying to call shops in Sydney for good 45 mins but no answer (tried all shops in Sydney). And online support is done by AI and AI was very poor so, could not even communicate beyond 1 line sentence. Automated answer system was absolutely waste of time. Got hold of customer service via phone 2 times but they have suggested to visit the shop instead of phone call and this is only way to check stock availability by each shops. I was ready to purchase immediately but no one could help to buy anything for this company. No customer focus in this organisation with very poor customer service program which does not support customer what so ever. I really do not recommend to shop in this organisation.

We tried a pair of white sneakers in the store and wanted to buy them. The shop assistant informed us that the pair we tried on was the last one, and due to being displayed, the white shoes were already quite dirty. The shop assistant offered us a 10% discount proactively. However, considering the dirtiness, we decided to think it over. The next day, I went to buy the shoes and explained the situation to the shop assistant, but she didn't believe me. She questioned who gave me the discount,and told me staff has no right to give discount， She simply didn't believe anything I said, and it was a really bad experience.

I had a Trip to Sydney and spend last two days shopping at Pitt Street Foot Locker Pitt Street gave me my best footwear shopping experience ever Not only I found really Dope Sneakers with good price, and the staffs ANNA and MIGUEL are super supportive they help me find my size, accept when I came back at the late of the day to change up to bigger size, also this was the very first time I can actually buy my DAD a new pair of Shoes and he it Many Thanks guys

I wanted to share my positive experience of buying two pairs of shoes from Foot Locker. The staff members were truly outstanding in their level of assistance and support. Their dedication to helping customers like me made the shopping process not only efficient but also enjoyable. Kudos to the Foot Locker team for their excellent service!

Today I bought a pair of Blue Nike Dunk from Sales Associate Elmer Gimmel S. ( I hope that is the guy who helped me bc that is the name on the receipt). He was very helpful and able to find my shoes in a timely manner even though they are in the basement. Very satisfied with my purchase.

21/09, my frd and I visited this shop after shopping around for a while, Jackie (dark hair, beautiful lady!) Served us with professionalism yet a great sense of humour! You can tell she is passionate about her job and it really makes a huge difference! Shoot out to Jackie!!!!!

I’d rather give no stars at all. Staff (x3) are a waste of money and space. Went in looking for shoes to have them talking in a completely different language in front of the Nikes. They all looked at us as if we were in the wrong and didn’t even bother to move at all

Wow, what a service. Paul has helped me with selecting the right shoe and when they didn't have the right size, arranged delivery to my home address that arrive within two days. Very happy with the service, will come again.
