Really happy with the service that I received at Foothills Locksmith! I stopped in the store(after reading the good reviews online), looking for advice on two different issues that I was having with locks in my home. Megan, and also a man that was up front, were both really friendly and gave me some great advice on what the best and most cost effective options would be. Megan suggested that I could bring the one unique lock in, and she could take a look at it and see if it was fixable. Sure enough, Megan worked her magic and was able to fix it! I was really happy with this as replacing it would have meant a bunch of headaches for me! So, she saved me a lot of trouble, and a lot of money, which I am very happy about! Thanks Megan! I would definitely come back here again!

I called to see if they could re-key a lock and they said it would be no problem and they would be open until 4:00 pm. I told them I would be there in about an hour. I arrived at about 2:00 pm and the fellow at the front desk said the technician was out, but would be back in a while and in the meantime he would try to fix it. I heard a bunch of banging and after about 20 minutes I asked how it was going. He said that it was not going well, he was not a locksmith. ok I said I would go for coffee and come back in an hour. I returned at 3:50 pm and still no technician and the lock was not fixed. With driving time I wasted about 4 hours. Really, really not impressed with this place. I would not go to this company ever again in my life.

Called them up and was able to book a day to install 3 smart locks. I normally would install them myself but I thought I needed bigger bore holes drilled. The tech called my house to check before he came over that I was home and came in the allotted time slot. Very friendly and professional. Didn't actually have to drill bore holes but since he was there he was able to make it so each lock used the same key (if I did it myself I would end up with 3 different keys) and made copies of the key we choose on the spot. I also expected to spend a lot more but the price easily fell below my price range. Would definitely call again if I had any lock problems.

While this business was unable to help me with what I needed (automotive key issue) I was amazed that they took the time to guide me to a place that could help. They knew that we would not be doing business together and still took the time. When I do have a residential type job to be done I'd certainly call here first as I found them to be kind and forthcoming.

I came in after messing up the lock cylinder of the Mul-T-Lock in the front door of my apartment. I thought I was going to have to drop $250+ on a replacement, but Dallas was able to fix it with virtually no effort for $20. I’ll be coming here for all of my lock-related needs from now on.

Next time you need a key made, avoid Canadian tires automatic machines and just spend the extra 1.50$ on a professional service. Time and time again I have brought all sorts of keys from bent to oddly shapped and have had nothing but professional and reliable service here.

Great price for a simple house keys... $4 each got 4 at $16.80 Another place I called was charging $4.50 so if you're in the area I rec this place, took less then 2min.

They were awesome. I went to four other places first who were unable to duplicate my keys. Megan worked her magic and made four perfect duplicates for me.
